ok... my fingers grabbed the packing slip with manual, informative sheet "A Tip To Begin", a couple of cignot.com biz cards. Packing slip has a hand written note on it from Vicki at cignot.com:

" No fear Fred, we are gentle women... and you have everything you and more. Please email if you have any ?s ok? Thank you."

They are nice! The reference to "we are gentle women" is my intial note on my order I had said I was "vap virgin".... LOL.

Oh! To answer the previous question: I ordered a 510 with USB PT and some juice samplels. but we are getting ahead of ourselves and I haven't even finished fishing out all the stuff.... so.... hang on...
