The 40% floor tax that land in PA next month is going to trigger some pretty large sales this month.
I bet you are one of those glass is half full kinda folks ain't 'cha...
and if someone dropped a bushel basket full of lemons on your front porch, you would make lemonade for the whole neighborhood...
and you are sure if a door closes for you, a couple of windows will be opened...
I like it......that's my kinda person
Grin at 'em folks and make 'em wonder what you are up to :D

stuck in a squishy pod called my brain
I've noticed that a lot of news and posts on here have been pretty depressing latley what with the deeming regulations and all. So I thought it would be nice to create a thread where people could share something good thats going on with them and the world of vaping.

Don't know 'bout you but I need some good news. So big or small lets hear it. :)
i have a phone app,, it tells me how long i have not smoked,,, how many cigs i haven't smokes,, how much money i have saved.........the savings are impressive.

i didnt start vaping to save any money,, that was just a perk.

out of that 'savings',, i have bought my & my husbands 'life time of gear and nic'.. helped to pay for our son's wedding,, and a vacation for us to Myrtle Beach in a few weeks.

i hope to start a thread in Jan for everyone to keep track of their savings and how they applied that money. I ran into a woman yesterday who told me her and her husbands 'savings' in vaping is now making their house payment.--thats so cool.

i want to buy a boat to live on,, so price of the boat x2 for upgrades and maintence.

i think my husband needs a new truck,, but he says he loves his old truck and only wants a paint job. (his old truck really is in super shape except for the paint..so he may have a point)

i want enough money put back just for my parents,, later care.. which i think is approaching much faster than i am comfortable with. i want to get them a live in nurse/home keeper if they dont agree to move down here with us.

for many people just switching to vaping will be a critical point in their financial lives as well as their health.

I didn't stop smoking 4 years ago to save money. I did it so I wouldn't make my hubby who is also my best friend a widower. The fact that I saved almost $9000 not smoking is not bad either :)

Edit: I should add that I went back to smoking for about 6 months about 6 months and then discovered vaping.

I am approaching my 3-year vaperversary. I was doing pretty well on the saving money part until the squirrel got hold of my cc and bought everything that was for sale. I hope he will throw me a few little bits from his stash up in the tree from time to time. It is so nice to enjoy fruity goodness instead of the nasty ashtray flavors from the bad old days.

I'm testing the DIY waters, and dipped a toe in by cutting some high-nic juice with my own PG/VG to make a new bottle of lower nic that was vapable. I'm still not quite brave enough to try the coils yet, but have some of the Aspire Quad X survival kits to try building with. I got some Nauti-X tanks a while back, but didn't like them at first. I started using them again this week and am much happier with them now.

I just talked my self into this really cute RTA for $11.99 and pre made coils and cotton. Whole price at fasttech, $16.00. Not pricey to practice with.

I like Vaperversary.

I was so under the belief that I would smoke all the way to my coffin. When I didn't buy cigarettes, I felt so relieved-like being released from jail. It was a heavy ball and chain to carry around for 35 years. The added bonus is that my daughter and son in law, my 2 sisters and brother in law all gave up smoking to vape thanks to me.

After relapsing back onto cigs in January I've managed to successfully switch to vaping again. Yay!

But the biggest smile was caused when I had a chat on the phone with my smoking cessation practitioner. The surprise in her voice when I told her I was having no problems whatsoever made me laugh out loud.:lol::lol:

And, yes, I have made it clear that I have no intention of stopping my use of nicotine. She responded by saying that she runs a smoking cessation clinic, not a nicotine cessation one... So much better than her colleague who wouldn't recommend vaping as, "We don't know what's in them"

LOL, BreSha, the price of cloned mech mods has really crashed. I just picked up a Copper Manhattan for $9.95 shipped.

Sometimes collateral damage is not a bad thing. LOL.
Most are $6-18 Fasttech clones, but the 3 Gus mods really hurt to hit the "place order" button.
