Ok, I made it through the whole thread!! I came on to see what effect 8/8 had had/will have. I have been pretty unclear about the regs. When the laws were passed, I doomsday order then (now I see that it was silly, but I didn't feel like I had time to do a bunch of reading!).

What I hadn't stocked on was mods. I'll be glad to know that I didn't miss the boat for that. Thanx for clearing up a lot of my questions!

Just know, it was my post 8/8 experience that a simple mod order which I placed on 8/10 required an adult signature and ID at time of delivery. Certainly not the end of the world.

Interesting... Nobody is ever home here, during the day. That could be irritating. I guess u would have to go to the post office to sign. No, not the end of the world, just an annoyance. I'm sure that there will be many different effects for different people, depending on where they live, and who happens to be working that day!

That is exactly what I did. I went to the PO before it was sorted for delivery which is easy to tell. And picked it up heading into work.
