with nicotine.

For the last few weeks, I've been vaping on 4mg, and it's making me feel a little icky. I've been on 8mg for the last couple years, and decided to drop down to 4mg on my last order. It seems like it's still too strong for me. I'm beginning to notice that I don't even want to vape anymore in the mornings, because I don't want to get that icky feeling.

Has anybody else gone through a similar point in their vaping journey? I still enjoy the aspect of vaping, and don't want to give it up. But I think even the smallest amounts of nicotine are starting to make me feel light headed and spacey.

Maybe I have a head cold, but I'm fine in the mornings until I start vaping away. I think my next order will be all 0 nic and see if it's really the nicotine that's making me feel this way.

Thats awesome!

Thats how it happened for me too. I started with 12's June 6th, went down to 8's, then 6's. Now I am vaping 4's and mostly 0's. And lately hardly at all, maybe every 3 days due to a rash. (allergic to pg it seems)

I have some vg juice on the way but it is 0, and I think thats what I'm going to stick with. Keep a few 4's around in case you get jonesin for something. But you are probably ready to try the 0's and stick with it.

Congrats! I didn't make plans to get off nic. Just to quit cigarettes. It seemed like the nicotine weaning just naturally gradually occurred. Is that how its happening for you?

Very happy for you!

Darrigaaz, I am now on 4mg also after a year of 6mg and the last 2 months or so I have the same feeling in the morning and don't want to vape because I kind of get a weird feeling also. I don't use 0mg everytime I try 0 I don't get satisfied with the taste no matter how much I vape so I keep on with the 4mg. I have been thinking about quitting vaping but I still crave the hand to mouth thing or something. I jsut am at a point I do not know what to do. I get shakey from the 4mg but the 0mg does not satisfy me at all. I thought maybe I was the only one feeling like this. There are so many good juices I have never got to try because they didnt come in 6mg now I have even less options and have started making my own 2mg but that doesn't work well either I like the flavor of 4mg.

My reduction was purely accidental. I was on 24mg, and when V4L got in peppermint, it was not available in 24mg for the first few days, so I switched to 18 which has been just fine. I've never really been concerned about the nicotine. The fact that I am no longer ingesting arsenic, acetone and 4000+ other chemicals is just fine for me. I will eventually try 11mg, and if it works, great, if not, as the British say: "I'm not fussed."

Good for you! That is awesome! I think I am a vaper for life myself... and I am kind of stuck at 18 and 11 - any lower then that and the flavor isn't there for me. I don't need the nicotine I don't think, but I do need a bit of a throat hit and I just don't get it at the lower nic levels. If I could become a menthol vaper I could probably go lower, but I love me some butterscotch and cappaccino and peach cobbler!

I get the same sick feeling with just 6 mg, and you would think being 2-3 pad for 30 yrs I could tolerate higher nic. I would really like to find a great 0mg for an allday vape, any suggesting? Please pm me. I am also alergic to pg so I must do pure vg. Also any other vendors beside v4l that carrys vg cartomizer please pm me if you know of any.

I just started and I am using the 18mg but I think I may need the 24 mg :/.

ithink, just to mention that I'd bump up as needed, especially early on. Everyone reacts diff. I'm now down to 9 or less, but I was using 18 for a year and would have gone higher if needed. If you're trying to quit cigs, higher nic levels certainly can help.

Darr, I know what you mean. When I vape my wife's 18 or 24, I can barely stand! Buzzzzzz. I couldn't handle 0-nic, though, but I never really gave it much of a chance. Maybe next year. Good luck to you, man. :2cool:

Get both, definitely. I started at 24 and it was great for cravings, but I also tended to overdo it sometimes. That's where the 18 came in handy. What I did for a while was vape 18 all day, then gaped 24 when the cravings got strong. Now I'm doing something similar with 11 and 18.

And stay hydrated! I don't know about everyone else, but the more dehydrated I let myself get, the less I enjoy the whole experience.
