17yrs a pack a day smoker....Somewhere around the first week of August I bought my 510 and within a week I had stopped smoking analogs completely. I started vaping 24mg juice for about 4-6 weeks, then 18mg for about the same time, 8mg, and then 4mg. I vaped all of the concentrations for about the same amount of time before I decided, what the heck, I'm going to quit altogether. New years was around the corner and I was just about out of my last 4mg nicotine bottle. What better time is there to quit than New Years. I did bring my pv with me last Monday just to make sure I was going to be able to do it, and I did hit it a few times last week for the heck of it. My mind was telling me it was missing something, but I didn't feel the need to really have nicotine. I've put 2 drops in my pv since New Years day and I dripped daily. Today is my first day without a single puff, and the last 5-7 days have been a single puff. I'm not sure why, it's not like I'm getting anything off a single puff.

Anyway, if I can do it, you can too. Each step to a lower nicotine level took about 2 weeks to get used to. The hardest step was 18mg to 8mg.

Congrats !!!!! Sounds like you've done fantastic. Good to hear that you're able to completely give up nic and vaping if that's what your wish was. While not addicted to nicotine any longer, I still need to vape o nic at least for a while for the actions of vaping that I've always known was a big part of my addiction. I always find it interesting to read and learn about ways in which we are all the same and yet at the same time ways in which we are so different. Again, a BIG congrats to you !!!!!
