I've been vaping for about 2 weeks now and got my first one at a smoke shop. I told the guy that I was new at it and he suggested a kit called Flow. It has a long battery (about as thick as a crayola marker), a vaporizer and a cartridge that I fill. I've been reading about e-cig types and models and I'm still not sure what I have.

Does the Smoke Shop where you got your e-Cigarette have a web site? And a Link to what you Bought?

And BTW - Welcome to the ECF.

I wonder is that's it. I would be concerned about vaping vitamins. I don't think I have seen any research studies on this. It sounds like a marketing gimmick to me.

Sara...what is the name of the shop where you bought this and do they have an online webpage we can look at? Google finds nothing for this e-cigarette except maybe this link that has very little information.

It looks similar to that. Looking into the cartridge (which is a solid color with two Windows to see the amount of liquid) there is an empty tube and the liquid surrounds the tube. The stem on the atomized then goes into the empty tube while closing it.

Once you get 5 Posts (and about 30 minutes goes by) I think you can post pictures.

Maybe you could post a picture of what you have?

I'm here, when I'm here
Flow electronic cigarette can help build symbiotic relationships and synergize a philanthropic direction and celebrate women all over the world to healthy living.

You've got to be kidding me! I would avoid this product like the plague based on that tripe.

Wow! For real?! With ya on that!

I'm not understanding why I should avoid it? Their website says it has vitamins in it but I've been buying regular e-liquid. Is it something about the device itself? I bought one at a shop that recommended it as a starter then bought my husband one from another shop and the employee had one as well. Now I'm nervous lol

most of the opinions on this product are in reference to it's cheesy marketing angle. i imagine it would be perfectly fine for vaping

No need to be Nervous.

An e-Cigarette is just a Battery and something you Screw onto it.

If you buying "Regular" e-Liquid you are like most people here on the ECF.
