Interesting how much a visual diff between the 22mm and 25mm. (I'm assuming the new Jac is 25, which as far as I can tell is all they're shipping right now.)

I know of at least one that was in and out of customs in less than a day, and is currently headed for the great state of Texas. I'd guess Saturday arrival (unless it detours through Stamford, which they sometimes do for reasons unknown).

The one that I ordered for my son's Christmas gift arrived today. I opened the package just to see and feel the finish. It does not have that "rubbery" finish that my black one has. It looks like it could be annodized, but I really don't know. Looks like it will hold up better against scratches than the black finish.

I haven't used it, but just holding it in my hand I didn't get the impression that the lip might affect its pocketability. The edges are round and smooth and are not prominent at all.

You may be right, but I didn't get the impression that there was any coating at all on the metal. That's why I thought it might be annodized. The surface is not slick to touch.

I also own a Segelei Fuschia 213 Plus regulated mod made of annodized aluminum. The Sandstone's finish looks and feels like that.
