OK so when I go to order - says 23mm Sandstorm...
Also, I assume (we all knows what happens when you assume...) that I would have no issue with the battery that comes free with the mod? Or if I order extra batteries? Did you guys get a battery with yours with no shipping issues?

Update 2:

Got and email from customer service manager
Basically is MY FAULT because when I ordered it stated CLEARLY I am ordering the 23mm....again size that is not information whasoever on their website. So resolution is what I mentioned above not accept and return package.

So if I miss the delivery because nobody is at home and they do the delivery into my mail box I am out of luck because I am going to have to pay for the return....great.

Again I pointed them to the direction of this thread because apparently the issue is customer fault and not their lack of information.

As it was, if I got the Sandstorm I'd have to do it when I was in the U.S. and cross my fingers I didn't hit a quality problem. I see the 23mm now, but I've looked at it recently and it wasn't there. No dropdown box showing 25mm out of stock. With AliExpress I check, and recheck. I verify anything that is ambiguous to me before ordering. Their product pages can be confusing and often have spec errors.


I expected better from JAC.

I've been rotating the HCigar DNA75 Nano around and it's usually my choice to take with me when I'm going to be out and about for a while. It hasn't so much as burped since I took it apart and reassembled it. I'm thinking there was a flaky ground connection at the 510 connector ground point. I've been USB charging it because the battery cover is so flaky to get back on after a battery change. It has an LG HG2 in it and I get all day vaping at 10W without plugging it in. But, so far so good. It's working as advertised.

There is NO selection at the moment! 23mm is hard coded on the page. No indication 25mm is out of stock. Put into context that having a 23mm is basically unknown and the 25mm is what the Sandstorm has been and what their ad shows...……….

I'm ranting for you man...… It is really their issue, but pushing back on the customer. Benefit of the doubt, an unfortunate oversight on their part. Inferring it is your issue, skip the benefit of the doubt.... Bait and Switch... If it walks like a duck.....

I just crawled out of cave trying to find 18350 for my provari mini V2 and it looks like I better be off getting new mod anyway. Still on the fence which is version of sandstorm to get 23 or 25. Why didn't they'll just keep 22 and make 24 instead is beyond me cuz I'm not aware of many atties coming in 23 and 25. Anywho, can anyone please post a pic of 23 with 24mm tank on it? I know overhang is like half of a millimetre but having hard time picturing it. Or should I go with 25 (which by the way should be back to stock on 21, but I looks like not yet, but very soon) but Im not sure about the bottom lip looks tbh, and I don't forsee running anything larger than 24 on this mod.
Pps. When I almost pulled the trigger on 25 earlier this week, they had out of stock message regarding 25 in the item description Just FYI .

I'm running a 24mm tank on my Jackie Sandstorm 25, and I must say, I like the look a lot! The lip of the Jackie just sort of cuddles the base of the tank.

I'm running a 24mm tank on my Jackie Sandstorm 25, and I must say, I like the look a lot! The lip of the Jackie just sort of cuddles the base of the tank.

For me, I prolly wouldn't notice the 1/2 mm around the overhang of the tank. And if I did, I'd prolly just ignore it and enjoy my vape.

As for the bottom lip (she said poutily), I suppose it all depends on just how hand feely one is. I don't tend to use my pinkie under the bottom of the mod, so it's never even come to my attention.

Yes it does ... could it be the lighting ... well they snuck the 23mm version in on us ... could they have changed the finish too? Be nice to get a Jac Vapour rep in here to tell us what's going on.
