I got a 5 year-old across the street I use as a primary source for backing me out of my gadget dilemmas. That's better than having to ask the wife. Too brutal on the male ego. :)

When I ask for help from Mrs CMD, I form the question as if it was quiz to test her knowledge.

I learned this morning that JAC Vapour does nothing to the chips they put in the Series-B, so Evolv was responsible for my suffering, not the Scots. Now I don't know what country to be mad at.

Don't discriminate, just curse at both.

I have three of them. Two can be adjusted in .1W increments, and this is specified in the manual. Those two also arrived set to wattage mode, also as specified in the manual. The third arrived locked in TC mode, which I've changed according to the advice given to me by Sarah at JAC Vapour. She also suggested that rebooting and applying the service packs might change the adjustment to .1W, as it's supposed to be. That didn't work, and unfortunately she has not stayed late at work to continue slaving over my problem.
fly over. i'll shout you a beer or two
