I got a black version but the 510 is a bit crooked and all of my attys touch the top plate on one side. Is there a way to fix it on my own? I don't wanna send it to the UK and then wait for weeks.

Have you checked to make sure the two screws on top are tight? If they are then I’d take a picture and send it to Jac. I’ve had good customer service from them. Maybe they’ll send a new one with a return label to send that one back.

Did you check the base of the tank?

Maybe try a different tank?

I talked to Jac and they suggested to check the screws. If that doesn't help they said I should part screw on the tank and put a knife or something under the side of the tank that's low and basically lever it up.
I didn't do that because I'd ruin the coating. I part screwed on my Taifun GT4 and pulled it a few times and the 510 is now perfect.

I’m glad you got it. I’ve taken one apart and replaced the screen before but wouldn’t have thought to pry up on it.

The Jaq tends to have an inner 510 connection that can get "stuck" down and it can make it have trouble connecting. A q-tip moistened with a bit of alcohol can help too.

I don't know if that actually helped or not. But, eh.

The 510 in my case wasn't properly fitted into the body. Luckily it was an easy fix.

I don’t know about a video but I posted a written instructions on replacing the screen earlier in this thread that Jac gave me.

Screen started going on and off and reading gibberish - and the mod wasn’t doing what the screen said it was supposed to be doing. Gave up and put it on the side maybe a month ago when it pretty much stopped doing anything. Too bad, as I liked the form factor a lot and it did TC well while it worked.

A little disenchanted with the DNA75 now. Have a Jac, an Inbox and a Lavabox Mini. The Jac is dead and the Inbox’s screen seems to be getting dimmer and dimmer - barely readable now even indoors. Only the Lavabox M is still trouble-free.

Considering an Odin Mini now. Thinking that I should try a DNA 75C mod before they disappear from the market. Heh.
