I don't think what you want is possible, especially number 7. However, the 'bad' money spend should be more than offset by the 'good' money spent. Once you get started, diy is much more economical than store bought.

For nic I'd go with any good vendor like listed above. If you don't want to work with high levels, start with 36mg, get some pg and vg and a good juice calculator. I use eJuice Me Up.

For ready to go flavors, check out the 'one on one' flavors thread. I've never used them but they get some good reviews. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/diy-e-liquid/476378-anyone-heard-used-one-one-flavors.html

I think there's some other sites that has similar products and hopefully you'll get some more ideas posted. Good luck, and the main thing is to make a start. As long as you use the popular vendors, the money spent on nic, pg, vg will be well spent. Flavors- you'll need to work out what you like for yourself.

Ha ha on the typo. My fingers have been known to do the walking a few times and get me in trouble!

I'm not certain it can be quite as simple as you've asked for, my random thoughts
1. If you order your nic at 80/20 and 6mg, the ratios will change when you add the flavors you choose (most are PG based I think)
2. Adding flavor will dilute the nic level, how much will depend upon how much flavor you add, 5-20% possibly.

I downloaded the ejuicemeup calculator too. It makes it simple to get the nic level and ratio you want based on what flavor % you are using. Since the price was the same, I ordered 30mg nic. A pint size bottle of PG and VG would be enough to get you started.

Finding vendors with a variety of flavors in stock can be a challenge. I started with nic and some flavors from Wizard Labs and more flavors from Bull City. I got lucky, what flavors Bull City didn't have in stock were in stock at Wizard Labs so between the two I had a good set to work with.

It sounds like you've read reviews and some flavors seemed interesting so you put them in your cart. Go ahead and try them. Your taste may be different than someone else's. My only pre-mix is TFA Bananas Foster. I tried it on a whim and mixed it up the other day. It seems promising, but it may not be what you're looking for.

Thank you for advise .I never thought about the nic and the Flavor mix problem on the pre mix.Hope you know what I mean ? now is some of the flavoring sweet and good to mix just one ingredient as flavor and that's it or do you have to ad sweetner and this that and the other.to make long story short  I think I need DIY FOR DUMMYS.

Thank you for your kind words......budget is around $80 to $100 max .we only have 15 ml bottles about 12 of them

That should be enough bottles for a start and you can think about adding more or even glass at a later date. Also, $80 will get you free shipping at most places. You'll need a couple of syringes and a beaker and that should be enough to get you started.

More questions. Do you think you'd be comfortable working with 60mg nic and if not how about 24mg nic? Also, what was a couple of the sites you were looking at?

DIY is one of those things that starts out seeming difficult and then one day you realize you've got the basics down and the rest is just fun.

Some flavors are already sweet enough (candy flavors probably are), others you may want to add a bit of sweetener. Since you like sweet, add a little bottle of sweetener to your order so you can adjust the mix to your preference. I make a small amount (5-10ml) as a test following whatever recipe or guideline I have from reviewers comments or here. It's better to err on the low side, then you can easily add to it. For example, the Bananas Foster is plenty sweet to me. I'm letting it steep and will decide if I want more banana in it.

The calculator is also a good place to keep notes on your mix - that's very helpful to have a record later if you make changes. I had a recipe for custard and didn't have quite the same flavors as it called for so I substituted what I had, making guesses as to how to adjust the percentages. It turned out pretty good. I won't make it quite that way again, but it was good enough for me to happily vape.

+1 on the recommendation for a beaker and syringes. If you are making a simple mix often you can pour some of it right into the beaker to the level you need and skip the syringe for that step. I use14ga blunt tip luer-lock needles for VG and 16ga for PG. It helps me that the ones from Wizard Labs are color coded so Green for VG and Pink for PG. I have multiples of each so I can mix up a few flavors in 1 sitting. BTW - If you get into making your own coils, the 16ga needle is very handy!

Then I'd say go with a vendor like RTS Vapes, Wizard Labs, Bull City, etc. Pick up a 120ml of nic (in pg), a 240 ml of pg four or five small (1mm)syringes and a couple of big ones (5mm), and some flavors.

For vg, pick up some of the Humco glycerin from Walmart. It's usually over by the pharmacy in the skin care section.

For flavors, I can only recommend what I'd like and that doesn't mean you'd like them, but as a general rule you'll probably want several vanillas and creams to go with your desert and fruit type mixes. Good luck and keep us posted.
