Ok... I understand everyone's frustration. As you all know there were customs issues as of late and Janty was playing catch up. However they are not just pocketing money here folks, they are just a bit backed up. I figured this promo order would be fine considering there was the 2 week pre-sale time between ordering and that issue.
So if you have not received your Dura C yet, please email me your invoice at
esmoking101@gmail.com. I will get it off to Jeff ASAP to find out what may be the problem. (YOU WILL GET YOUR ORDER) Even if it means I have to send you some extra liquids to make up for the wait out of my own pocket.

As for WHY this is not true for some people yet...
I am not sure.
I have sent Jeff a follow up and will be talking to him later tonight.
I will update here as soon as I know more.
Now this is really simple though, lets keep conspiracy down to a minimum, this is a business transaction, with two options:
1. If you feel you would like a refund please email me.
2. If you can wait a few more days while we make sure EVERYONE gets their order I appreciate it.
Next time this will go MUCH smoother, I promise.
Growing pains and Customs pains aside, I personally apologize if you are frustrated.
