I received my shipped notice from Tristan , but actually didn't include a tracking number..
Email said I should get it delivered Wednesday but now it's saturday and no dura-c..
Will we get a tracking number? Are they shipped without one?
It's weird because Janty all ways sends one....Don't they?

That is the same message I was referring to... I guess I won't get my hopes up (any higher) for today...

That is not true. I ordered it straight from Janty and there was nothing stating a two-week pre-sale.

I did receive my order yesterday 3/27 and wow was i impressed. Nice packaging, nice product. I charge everything up, fill up a cart and place four drops directly into the atomizer. First hit, impressive. Wow! Second hit, Nothing.......kept trying, nothing. Damn battery is now dead. Glad to say my second battery is working well. I really love the Dura-C. It will be my main vaping device. I have faith Jeff will replace my defective battery. His communication has been good. I now need to place another order to stock up on components to keep this monster going. I love it.

Is Janty re-stocked now? I would love to try some of their fluids.

Vapor King, when you ordered yours on 3.7 that was a 2 week pre-sale. Meaning in two weeks time they would ship. Your shipment is right on time!

I really cannot stress how much I would appreciate if I hold a promo in the future that people read the product description and title of the product. All included them as "pre-sale" with a date when they would ship.

But that aside, I hope everyone enjoyed the promotion! And everyone should have had thiers shipped! Yay!

The Janty website actually clarifies that the black atomizer is under warranty and the other one isn't for the Dura C kit. That was a surprise to me as well. Here's the quote:

The JANTY™ DURA-C set:
2 x Manual switched and fully closed JANTY™ DURA batteries
2 x JANTY™ DURA atomizers, (1 black atomizer with JANTY LOGO under warranty and one free non warranty emergency replacement atomizer without JANTY logo)

Well if you ask me that is pretty crappy. The 510m from other reputable sellers is a better deal then, because both of your atomizers are warrantied, they actually mailed it when they claimed they did, and its usually cheaper. We can argue that Janty has a better return policy, but that is nearly useless if you have to wait for extended periods of time to get the part. I just think selling 90% of a kit with a warranty and 10% without one is strange.

I am no longer in such a frenzy to get the Dura-C, as I got frustrated and ordered a 510m from someone else and have been enjoying it for the last 48 hours... But one of the atomizers died on me already which was a little disappointing. But hey, for the performance it offers I will pay up for more atomizers!! It really is awesome! :thumbs:

I can't say which envelope was for which order, but one label was printed 3/23 and one on 3/24. One of those was one of the 2 promo sets I ordered. The second set has not arrived. Both packages arrived Fri 3/27.

2-3 days is avg ship from them to me. Could be the sets were packaged and labels were printed but packages were not sent out right away. I dunno, I just keep checking the mailbox. :(

Confirm your orders, mine didn't ship for three weeks... I sent an email asking where it was and within 20 minutes I got a message saying order was being sent from stamps.com. The next day I received an email from Jeff that simply said "Shipped it last night..".

I think I got lost in the shuffle.


Where you part of the esmoking101.com pre-order special? I am starting to think about bothering Jeff, but I am still trying to be positive...

Ok... I understand everyone's frustration. As you all know there were customs issues as of late and Janty was playing catch up. However they are not just pocketing money here folks, they are just a bit backed up. I figured this promo order would be fine considering there was the 2 week pre-sale time between ordering and that issue.

So if you have not received your Dura C yet, please email me your invoice at esmoking101@gmail.com. I will get it off to Jeff ASAP to find out what may be the problem. (YOU WILL GET YOUR ORDER) Even if it means I have to send you some extra liquids to make up for the wait out of my own pocket.

On Monday I was sent this email from Jeff:

Shipped everything out today... Everything went priority mail and will arrive by WED.

As for WHY this is not true for some people yet...

I am not sure.

I have sent Jeff a follow up and will be talking to him later tonight.

I will update here as soon as I know more.

Now this is really simple though, lets keep conspiracy down to a minimum, this is a business transaction, with two options:

1. If you feel you would like a refund please email me.

2. If you can wait a few more days while we make sure EVERYONE gets their order I appreciate it.

Next time this will go MUCH smoother, I promise.

Growing pains and Customs pains aside, I personally apologize if you are frustrated.

As I am not the supplier of these, I am doing the best I can to keep communication open with you and JantyUSA.

Personally, I don't blame you at all, I understand your position in this transaction. Unfortunately, Janty is proving true a lot of the things I heard about them after placing this order...

Hey everyone!

Talked to Jeff today.

Everything should be squared away!

Emails sent, shipments arriving, etc etc.

For all those who had issues you should have received an email!

As well, lots of orders that were reported "missing" seem to be in transit and arriving today and tomorrow. So no worries!

Yay!
