Has any-one else had issues with Janty as far as shipping goes ?
I ordered 2 eGo sets on the morning of the 26th (5 days now) and Janty was VERY prompt about debiting my credit card but I have recieved no shipping confirmation or tracking # (UPS ground was what I paid for). I sent them an e-mail today but have received no reply (they may be closed for week-ends I suppose).
I ordered from this company instead of the other supplier option because of their "warranty promises". Did I make a mistake? I don't expect stuff to instantaniously reach my door but at least they can go to the effort of advising whether the product was shipped, especially after it is paid for.:mad:

I'm not 100% sure but I think they will be shipped out on Feb 2nd. They ran out of atty's for the kits and after they come in they will be mailing out all orders that have been made. Just shoot them an email and find out for sure. Ethan is a great guy and he will get everything all sorted out for ya. I just got mine yesterday but I have 510 attys on hand so he shipped me the kit and will ship the atty as soon as they come in. They have been very helpful with me and all will be well with your order too.

First Bella is correct in telling you that Janty ran out of atty's.
The anticipation of order's AND atty's (because of the 6 month warranty) was more than they anticipated. Anyways, email Ethan on Monday(they are closed Sat & Sun) and ask if the sets will ship Tues, Feb 2 or Wed, Feb 3 as they were to get the atty's on the 2nd. This is by far the best PV and the BEST warranty. Let alone that Ethan and Janty will do what it takes to make the customer happy. You got a great product and this is backed up by the best warranty In MHO as I have found out first hand. Welcome to the eGo family and you will love the eGo as many others have before you and will after you.
Patiance please, Janty will do right by you.

Thankyou for the replies - I will try to practice my patience :) but ---- I am very dissapointed that they found the time to transfer my money to their account but could not find the time to send me an e-mail advising me of the status of their product OR include that info in one of the 2 emails they sent confirming my order.

Hi Fire,
Please contact Ethan over @ JantyUSA. Just let him know your dissatisfaction with this order and that you should have gotten an email stating why you weren't being sent the eGo. He will try to find out why no email was sent or that they might of had a computer hiccup. It does happen at times and letting them know that, they will try to see if they have a problem with the notification emails.

I just got an email back from Ethan :
"The eGo sets were pre-orders, as listed on the website as well as the orders sheet. I believe they are set to start shipping tomorrow. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking email from UPS. I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience."
Pre-orders? No where on the website or the order sheet was this word used ----- in fact the website said there were 72 in stock.
He "believes" they are set to ship tomorrow ---- people who buy lottery tickets "believe" they will win.
How come I can get a straight answer here (attys+carts) but not from the supplier.
OK - I'm finished venting :grr:

Janty stated that they would be shipping on the 2cnd of Feb . I am still waiting for a conformation of shipment. My gripe is the way that thier site is set up . I searched thier site for over an hour trying to order liquid and carts and virtually everything was out of stock. I am hoping that they are as prompt in shipping my eGo as they were charging my card for it !

It doesn't appear that they are very prompt with updating their site -- yes it still says they are shipping on Feb 2, but in another post on this site Mic from Janty stated that the products were delayed in shipment from China and would likely be another day or two. His explanation ----- something about Chinese New Year ????
