Has any-one else had issues with Janty as far as shipping goes ?
I ordered 2 eGo sets on the morning of the 26th (5 days now) and Janty was VERY prompt about debiting my credit card but I have recieved no shipping confirmation or tracking # (UPS ground was what I paid for). I sent them an e-mail today but have received no reply (they may be closed for week-ends I suppose).
I ordered from this company instead of the other supplier option because of their "warranty promises". Did I make a mistake? I don't expect stuff to instantaniously reach my door but at least they can go to the effort of advising whether the product was shipped, especially after it is paid for.
