You shouldn't have any doubts, not about Harry, Jeff or me or your KB. You have a bad battery: anyone of us will replace it for you, bad cartridge same thing. Everything is made by hand, imagine. There's no way to automate the process, it's all too delicate and yes once and a while a bad battery slips through or a bad cartridge. Talk to US about it first, we don't live on the forums, we read them yes, but time zones and other constraints make it impossible for us to react on each forum post. If you don't get a respond to your mail latest next day, hit send it again. If it is really really urgent, call Jeff's JANTY USA Hotline or tag your email as Highest priority.
