Well after upwards of three weeks waiting for my Dura-C order to arrive, today it finally did. I was psyched! I've been very patient with Janty. Knowing the problems they've been having I made sure to not inundate them with emails and figured I'd just chill until the thing finally did arrive in my mailbox. Well today it did, and now I'm somewhat peeved. This is my first order with Janty and may well be my only order with Janty. The following is the body of an email I just sent to Jeff detailing the problems. This whole situation is fast becoming unaccepatable and I'm a VERY patient guy....
Well I finally got my order today and am very unimpressed.
I've tried to be very patient. I know the problems you guys have had lately and have done my best to understand, but I waited several weeks for this order and it's missing parts or has parts that are wrong.
First, the box that the Dura came in is pretty crushed. That's not a huge deal, but it is irksome for something I spent almost sixty bucks for. I don't think that a box that's not completely mashed on one side is asking too much.
Second, there's no cord for the charger. I've been waiting all this time for my Dura, and now that I have it, I still can't use it because I can't charge the batteries.
Third, I have two atomizers, but one is white and one is black. That is bothersome. An atomizer that's the wrong color isn't acceptable to me.
For something that I paid almost sixty dollars for, I think I at least deserve a kit without a crushed box, with a cord for the charger, and with two atomizers that are the same color for pete's sake.
This is my first order with Janty and is well on its way to being my last. I had high hopes for your products and your customer service. Those hopes are definitely fading. I was looking forward to being a loyal customer for a long time. You guys are making that very difficult.
Even if you were to ship out the missing/wrong parts to me on Monday, it will be at least Wednesday until I get them, since I'm assuming asking to have them sent overnight would be too much to ask. How much longer must I wait in order to be able to use something that I paid for weeks ago?
I want to like you guys, I really do. I've been very, very, patient. But I'm getting to the point where enough is enough. Please respond to this email and please reslove this quickly.
