Well, I've been vaping with the manual switch all day and it really does work. I don't get the same hit I get with my favorite, the 910, but I'm getting way more nicotine. I actually had to slow down which hasn't happened in YEARS and YEARS because I was getting too much nicotine!
Thanks for helping. Also, I think I was using the switch wrong. I'd press the switch and let go before inhaling before, but now I press, inhale and stop around the same time. That made quite the difference.

The automatic switch still isn't working though. THanks again!

I've only been vaping for a bit over a week and I really love it. It's changed my life. But, I'm having problems with this one, I think.

I have a 901 which I love, a mini fogger which I mostly really like, an npro which I am not sure I like at all and this Janty Kissbox-- so it's the only penstyle I have.

I think it's working, but I get no throat hit, no real draw from it and little vapor. I got it from someone here who said it was his favorite and I truly don't think he sent me a bad item. Both batteries are charged and I am trying to use it with the manual switch. I've tried all the cartridges, too-- and an empty cartridge while dripping on the atomizer. I even cleaned the atomizer since it wasn't new when I bought it.

OKay, I breathe in and the light goes on and I see a teeny bit of vapor, but I don't FEEL anything at all. Nothing. I'm very confused since out of all the things I bought from this specific person, he said that this one was his favorite (he gave up esmoking). How can it be his fave with no throat hit? Maybe it's just not my preference?

What do you think I'm doing wrong? I can't even speculate because I think i've tried all. I'm pretty sure the atomizer is working since I can feel it get warm (not too hot). It's as if the vapor is being made but I can't draw it in.

I have the same problem with my kiss box. I got it new, been using it for more than 2 weeks. I've changed carts, atomizers, charged and recharged batteries asccording to instructions, changed juices, dripped, refilled carts etc etc etc. I use both the manual switch and auto switch.

At first, it was a dream. That only lasted 2 days then it was downhill from there.

I can't seem to get this thing going the way I want it to. I personally think that the batteries are not putting out enough juice to really give us a good throat hit and vapor. I've tried juices that I know give me throat hits from my other models.

I am waiting for Janty to mail me the USB pass thorugh that they owe me. Once I plug that bad boy in, I'll know whether it's the batteries (like I mentioned before) or if the Janty Kissbox just did not live up to my expectations are even the hype.

What a dissappointment.

It's true what everyone says, you can't beat the DSE901. I always find myself going back to it or my RN4081.

I was totally unhappy with my KBC... I had the same results through almost three weeks of exclusive use. I know there are a lot of Janty lovers and haters. I would say I am neither... I was happy with the Dura-C, mostly liked my mini-fogger and was very unhappy with the KBC. It was unusable with the autoswitch and barely passable with the manual switch. I also went through two atomizers and two manual switches. At least they have a six month warranty...

Dollar for Dollar the 901 is my favorite. It just works. I get great vapor and a decent throat hit. I'd like to see a video where someone does a side-by-side comp of the most common models after two weeks of use on all of them.

Thanks. The manual switch is the regular one, right? The one without the button? That's the one I'm using. Although, maybe I'm calling that one something wrong. I am not using the one with the button. I have tried the other one with the button, but nothing. And, I can't imagine pressing a button before I smoke-- maybe others get used to it, but I can't imagine doing that to smoke. The light, though IS glowing red when I breathe in. .. just I feel nothing.

I love the 901, too. I think it's the best one I have. It's consistently strong. I haev to add juice a lot, but it seems to work.

I am thinking of stockpiling. I bought the ultimate starter kit from liberation and it came with some extras, but I'm a bit concerned about these being banned possibly, and maybe I should stop trying all these other models and just go with what I know works pretty well and is available mostly.

Maybe I'll just go exclusively with the 901s. I also like the mini-foggers but the 901s are cheaper, too.

I'm not having too much luck with the NPROs, either. I already got two replacement atomizers. I SOMETIMES get a good hit with those and sometimes don't. Plus, since smoking the 901 and the mini fogger, the npros feel too fat to vape from.

Well, thanks. But, I spoke too soon. I got one decent hit and now I'm still having trouble. I was hoping to get some use out of this one, but I'm not sure I can. At least I'm sure it's not the batteries, that's one issue down. I am using the pass-through and I hear that atomizer work. I pressed the button for two seconds, then five seconds, then for longer-- until you could hear it stop by itself and, still, nothing, really.

I got a bunch of faulty auto switches.. The one with out the button.. They do not stay on long enough to heat the juice to give you a good hit.. Sounds like you got one too.. I found you have to keep changing how hard you draw.. Excuse me for saying but almost like suckling at a teet.. LOL.. But true.. If you do this it may work.. I am strictly on the manual switch now (with button) and the kissbox is awesome.. You will get used to it. Hope this helps

Thanks. I did prime it, but not enough I guess. I added more just now and tried again. I definitely got a hit-- maybe huge, but I still didn't get that same throat hit I get with the 901 or the mini fogger or the npro (when it works). Funny, but I got a headrush, kind of, but no throat hit.

Edited: you know, that's what it reminds me of-- using a pipe (from years ago). lol. That's how long I have to inhale and then I have to consciously try to get it in my lungs-- it's not like the other ones which feel like regular cigarettes to me.

My KB was not hitting very hard either. I removed the cart and took a few draws to help clear the atomizer and got some big hits. So I put in the manual switch to block off the battery, removed the white portion of the cartridge, and dripped 2/3 drops directly on the atomizer. Works great, get big hits, last about 5-10 draws before I need to drip again.
