I also posted this question in the equipment reviews section. It seems like the V2 is a perfect device (great batt capacity, built-in PT etc).

SO before I pull the trigger is there something I'm missing about this unit? Does it have some killer flaw that I should know about? Is the atty switch prone to being pressed it it's in your pocket? I'm not real jazzed about the form factor of it but my primary use is at my desk in PT mode and in my car running the USB cable to a cig lighter adaptor.

Would love to hear from V2 users!!

The JS comes with a pouch that you can clip to your belt. You can also fit a spare battery and a cart in there, too. No problems with pressing on the switch as far as I can see.

I just got mine today and have been using it for the last 5 hours, and so far I like it a lot. The carts hold a lot of juice, so you can vape on it for a while before topping off.

I'd definitely recommend the JS.

Agree with Angus - the belt holster is a good way to carry. It is rather snug, which is good, but it doesn't depress the button. Or it hasn't on mine and I use it a lot. I have three... no problems.

It's one of the best ways to 'plan against a ban' since the batteries will be available. All you need is juice and attys and ruyandirect has a good deal on 20+ for 4.67/a piece with the discount - but not including shipping, but still that's hard to beat. Hmm, I should make another order... lol. If one would get just 2 JSs and 20 attys and learn DIY - they could save so much money over the next 2 years...

Angus did it right... 147 posts absorbing... and just got his JS today and is waiting on the DIY kit.

My JS V2 has become my main vape over the last month or so. It is my only 801 and the atty has been going strong for nearly 2 months, which is a huge improvement over the week or two (if I was lucky) that I got with my 510s. I switch between my JS and PS Prodigy. The Prodigy gives a great "kick in the chest" when I need it, but the JS is what I take with me when I leave the house. One thing you will notice is that the size is MUCH smaller than what you expect from photos. Once I got my JS, I knew I would only be using mods from here on out. Enjoy!

Mine was an inconsistent POS and I got rid of it. Even when it would decide to produce good vapor, the flavor was weak compared to my 510 and throat hit sucked too.

Buy a Silver Bullet or something like that and you'll be better off.

...
Anyone with vapor issue on stick turn the atomizer 1/4 turn more tightly than seemingly reasonable and your vapor should be as satisfying as it is from mine. In any event I would hate to discourage anyone from trying what is now my primary vape (Love to alternate 801 & 901 Atomizers on the Stick and enjoy the different strengths (haven't yet got the 510 adapter).
Great battery life, very good flavor, love the pouch (looks like a small cell phone in it), easy fit in hand, and I do get a very nice throat hit also. I would recommend it to anyone.

100% agree the stick is hands down the best device on the market today at this price. Other mods may have features or forms that others prefer, but as far as a reasonably priced, universally maintainable device goes, this is the one to buy. Janty is coming out with another design soon, the Cameo, but they haven't released many hints about what it will do so far.

Well the battery cost/availability and the built-in USB PT are huge to me! Looks like I'm gonna have to be a JS V2 owner!!

Does the batt charge pretty well through the USB or do you really need a separate charger?

It charges just fine on the USB. You may want to get a USB wall charger or car charger for times when you're not near a computer.

I got my JS almost two weeks ago and haven't used anything else, I use the cable for my Western Digital USB HD's to charge at the pc.

I went to DX and ordered 500mAh batts and a charger, it's nice to be able to charge your batts while away from the pc. I got four batts so I can have two in the charger, a spare and one in the JS.

The carts are great, one almost lasts me the entire day. The atty that came with it started to wheeze so I replaced it with a couple of BE112's from BestEcig. To me the 112 or 801 attys work better.

Thanks for the input! Placed my order thru Dietsmokes this morning! I want to buy a wall charger and some bigger batts. Isn't the stock batt a 360mah? You said you bought some 500mah and charger from DX. What is DX?

Last question - is the 500 batt a diff model# than the stock 360 batt?

Thanks man
