hrmm, I have been trying to get ahold of jeff with no luck. I have been having quite a few problems, and I am sure he'll take care of them as you all have seemed to have good luck with janty CS. But not good luck for me at all. I ordered a minifogger beginning of Feb. It was supposed to come with an extra atomizer and didn't. One battery was DOA. Just won't recharge. I emailed jeff right away about spare atomizer and replacement battery. Also, a week later my atomizer broke. Still works, but physically broke. I emailed him and he said he'd get out the new atomizer right away. I emailed him to remind him of the battery/spare atomizer too. I got in yestarday a dura atomizer. No minifogger atomizer(X2), no minifogger battery, just a dura atomizer. Plus I have put in an order for a kissbox, and a Dura, and haven't received either of them yet. I emailed Jeff three times since ordering with no responses. :(

Same here.
After 3 failed dura units + 2 failed batteries, I wrote Jeff to forget about the dura till the new ones arrive.
That I wish to have credit for all the money I spend.
Last week tuesday Jeff said that was fine.
I wrote him what I wanted.
He never responded, I waited till yesterday, nothing was send to me, so I asked for a refund.
I did receive a refund.
I don't understand why Jeff stopped answering emails.
I still did not receive the KB parts.
I don't understand why they where never send out.

I've emailed Jeff twice (1st time almost 12 hours ago to jeff@ jantyusa.com and read later that email was wrong?) so emailed again to info@ jantyusa.com 4 1/2 hours ago and still haven't heard back from him. :(

How does everyone feel about the new manual batteries.. do you think this will fix all the problems the Dura has been having?

The New Dura Batteries...

What we need in the Dura batteries:

1) Sealed so no liquid gets in them
2) Quality battery cells that will hold a charge & sustain voltage
3) Switches that are liquid proof & not installed backwards
4) #3 was with a auto-switch set up in the battery
5) Manual Switch should be good quality & the unit & case should be liquid proof
6) Quality Control should be at a higher standard after this mess
7) Full & Complete Testing Prior to Selling

Please feel free to add to the battery list

Jeff just emailed me. Said he'd get out the stuff ASAP.

Bob: When the original MiniFoggers came out the Pre-order special included 2 atomizers. I emailed jeff about it at the time, but didn't have money until just now. But he held back a set for me with 2 atomizers. Not normal, but he was able to help me that way.

CellMeister: I for one am very excited about the new Dura Batteries. I haven't received my dura yet, so I can't say how it performs, but if it *does* perform at least as well as my 901, I'd like the manual switch batteries. I like the manual switch on the penstyle, so having one on a mini is just cool IMO. But we'll wait and see how everything goes.

Update: Had an email from Jeff right after I posted this. I'm going to wait for the new Dura-C and try that. :)

Hey, i clicked on this thread randomly and i figured i'd fire a question off and see if it gets answered.

Ludo, if it's not too top secret, do you guys have a research team that actually smokes and uses the devices before you start selling them, or do you just design them, get them manufactured, and start selling them immediately?

The thing is, i like your products, i actually have a yentl i really love the way it smokes, it's just not dependable. I have to own 2 or 3 other e-cigs by other companies in order to have a dependable setup, and at that point why buy the Janty in the first place?
It's the same with the Dura, i feel like i could really enjoy it if people didn't report 2 and 3 batteries going dead before getting a good one.

It seems like if you guys at janty just spent 3 weeks to 2 months testing the product with 20-30 people, you'd be able to work out a lot of the reliability issues you are having, and make a really great product and tons of cash.
I bet some of the forum members here would gladly test your products for free.

I would buy more janty products if i didn't always read about them breaking down and needing to be returned. That's such a drag when it happens, you know? It's the worst thing about e-smoking for sure.

Zach, I have to agree with you there.

I do like Janty products and I get excited when they come out with new ones but they aren't as dependable as I'd like.

I have a kissbox classic which on some days is great but lately it's been not so great. I've had to get my USB passthrough/battery pack replaced twice. My switches get moody.
I had to return my dura due to moody batteries.

I emailed Jeff yesterday asking to replace the batteries in my pre-order with the free Dura C replacements. This was his response:

"I apologize for the shipping delay with your order."

Not cool.
