think about it....you have 50 emails in your mailbox regarding issues with your Janty...(I'm assuming JantyUSA)
I have 52 emails (not trying to one up you, just a fact).
I've been waiting going on a month now for some additional parts, juice and carts. I've been told TWICE they were in the mail...I'm still waiting.
(I returned a pain in the ... KB that never worked properly and was convinced that the DURA was the answer to my prayers, including the PCC. I received the starter kit and the PCC and it has never performed as was advertised. Longest batter life on full charge: 2 hours, smoking lightly. One battery now dead. Atomizer always get burning hot [you're right...you can't hold it.])
Since I've received no response from my latest email and I'm still waiting for my additional product that was supposedly mailed 2/16 AND 2/24, I'm packing it all up and sending it back. We'll see what happens.
