Hey Lu, Jeff is sending out the replacement, he expects the defect to be shipped back at my own expense. I'm going to write Jeff about when he sends future replacements if he can include a prepaid envelope... I always stick up and faith in him, trust me, I have atleast 50 messages in my in/out box hehe :) I was just wondering if Ludo knew an alternative fix.

Edit: Now that I think of it, it was a kinda dumb question, but hey, dumb questions can have surprising answers sometimes... I need to set a posting curfew!

think about it....you have 50 emails in your mailbox regarding issues with your Janty...(I'm assuming JantyUSA)

I have 52 emails (not trying to one up you, just a fact).

I've been waiting going on a month now for some additional parts, juice and carts. I've been told TWICE they were in the mail...I'm still waiting.

(I returned a pain in the ... KB that never worked properly and was convinced that the DURA was the answer to my prayers, including the PCC. I received the starter kit and the PCC and it has never performed as was advertised. Longest batter life on full charge: 2 hours, smoking lightly. One battery now dead. Atomizer always gets burning hot [you're right...you can't hold it.])

Since I've received no response from my latest email and I'm still waiting for my additional product that was supposedly mailed 2/16 AND 2/24, I'm packing it all up and sending it back. We'll see what happens.

Limit reached. :-x

NOTE: DON'T tell me something is on it's way until it's ON IT's WAY!
Pardon the expression and the pun, but I hate it when people blow smoke up my .... to keep me appeased. :grr:

i went by and talked to jeff and the guys yesterday and man they are just swamped with emails and shipping guys just give em sometime is all i gotta say they are very busy gettin things done if im not mistaken he said they just moved into that new office not too long ago so,just bare with them and all should be good,i do have to say that man oh man i felt like a kid in a candy store in jeff's office with all kinds of different styles and flavors.

I found myself almost like willy wonka and the chocolate factory style when they are in the candy factory eating all the plants and drinking from the chocolate river lol! ive now found my absolute favorite smoke as of march 2nd and that is the ry4 from janty and i cut it with some VG billows smoke and tastes absolutely heavenly.:D

OK now I'm a little irritated. I ordered a DURA-C kit and a PCC with the intention of using the Dura-C with the PCC. It is advertised on the same page as an optional accessory for the Dura-C with manual batteries. It says nowhere on there that it won't work with the manual batteries. Nice review of why you should order to go with your new Dura-C.

Now that I saw your post, lo and behold the PCC page and only the PCC page now says it won't work with the manual batteries.

I would like a definitive answer to the issue. If this is indeed the case, I need my order adjusted or canceled. The PCC was one of the main reasons I ordered.

Really Lu ?? Where do you see this ?

God, I hope not, cause that PCC is the cats .... for convenience with me !! and would be definately waste of money if its so.

Yeh...it was one of the selling points for me too!

I know... its quite discerning none the less.

I love that Janty on the whole is changing to meet and correct issues, and I truly hate constantly bothering those trying to appease the shortcomings. But, I can't be wasting dollars after dollars I don't have to end up with unusable desk ornaments.... seriously !!

I DO really feel for Jeff & the gang (I doubt I'd have the stamina to endure his efforts & tribulations), its definately a huge test for all of Janty in this time.

Greg

Geez. I ordered this for my grandmother. I knew it was going to be about a 6wk wait, but felt it would be worth it in the end. She's so excited about it. It will be her 1st e-cig. From what I can see my options are give her an e-cig that works, but won't work with the case. Or give her an e-cig that will work with the case for about 2 days before she has to start rotating and slamming around the battery for the next week or so until the batteries give up the ghost. This is not good.

I bought mine for my sister-in-law's birthday (long gone now). Bought the case as a bonus for her. Never gave the kit to her because of the battery problems. Then when I heard about the new C batts, I thought I might keep it for myself! lol

I don't know what's going on now. All these parts and can't use any of them!

Okay, Janty is sending me the automatics too. Can't complain about their customer service so far. I was already in panic mode checking into fitting the 901s with Dura carts. She wouldn't be dripping, so the automatics should be okay for occasional out of house use right?

I'm going to test it all at least a couple days before I take it to her and I think I'm going to order a 901 kit just to be on the safe side. I hope all the big problems have been sorted out. I wish I hadn't told her already.
