We have never encountered so many problems since that HK arrest. It coincided with Jeff's office move as well... so you can imagine.

We apologize for the inconvenience but we can announce that our latest batch was released and will be delivered in 12 hours time at JANTY USA doorstep. All orders will be shipped out immediately. A new batch will arrive 6 April to cover the next period of sales.

Thanks for that update, and apology accepted :) I can be patient as long as I'm kept informed.

A question: are the shipment problems with the hardware, the liquid, or both?

Might one assume Janty is working to legitimize e-smoking hardware and liquid? I'm particularly interested in the States, you understand, but I hope the effort is world-wide. You don't have to spell HOW, but I hope you're working to gain whatever approvals might be needed.

If not, accept the offer of the buyout from Philip Morris. :rolleyes:

All past orders will be shipped now, I can imagine Jeff will unpack the batch first, sort it, fill the orders, send them out AND THEN send confirmation e-mails or answer other e-mails.

We are taking measures to avoid stock problems in the future, by 3 April JANTY USA will have doubled it's normal monthly stock.

Again we apologize for the delays and promise that all will return to normal in a few days.

I placed an order w/ Janty U.S. on Mar. 9th and have been told on three separate occasions my order would ship "today", but I've still not received a ship notice. I read about your supply problems and sympathize, but the lack of communication from Janty U.S. is what bugs me. Customers shouldn't have to chase after Janty to find out what the problem is. If there's a problem with the shipment how hard is it to shoot out an email and let people know?

I'm on it, we had a website attack, again grrrrrr.

Jeff will put a status update message soon, sorry for the wait. If you feel you cannot wait any longer, pls email Jeff for a refund. A new batch of DURA-C sets for current ordering is being produced and sent to the USA next week.

I could probably answer this question in Ludos absence...

We/Janty are currently working at fulfilling trading standards requirements to ensure no problems with future sales in the UK. New juice bottles & carts etc will be brought up to standards as soon as is feasibly possible.

I have put orders on hold until the requirements have been met as I feel it is something that cannot be ignored any longer. I have also been very uncomfortable with this from the start with all ecig manufacturers and it's nice to see progress is finally being made in this regard. :)

Yes I know we are overdue. Vaping is ready to go mainstream. We have updated our terms and Conditions of Sale as well.

It is getting more and more difficult to ship liquids to our distributors or dispatches + shipping liquids is VERY EXPENSIVE. I can foresee liquid prices go up soon in various web shops :(
 
Besides our contact information, all payments go through PayPal, so I doubt anything too confidential is in there...


It sounds like someone is trying to figure out what we buy and buy it all up so we can't have any stuff lol!

I am wondering if anyone knows here if I ordered thru the esmoking101 promo if I can log on to see if my order has been shipped? I don't think so cause it was not placed thru the Janty site.. but Ludo said all orders from those 25 would be shipped this week and I seem like the only one who didn't get the confirmation :( I did however get order #25 so I got an extra batt and atomizer... so maybe if they didn't have any "extras" in stock.. that is why my order didn't ship with everyone elses?)
