Hi Ludo, can you answer a quick question for me?
I just received a spare KB Classic charger but it isn't the same as my original one. The battery does not screw into it directly but must be attached to one of the switches before it will fit (the switch thread is compatible with the charger, not the battery thread).
Every other battery I have has an integral switch so connecting the combined switch and battery to the charger is not likely to cause a problem, but please confirm that this is the safe and intended procedure.
Also I prefer to charge batteries four at a time so I don't want to be constrained by the number of switches I own - which ain't four.
Can you let me know if you still stock the battery-thread compatible chargers as I would prefer to have these.

This is a mistake. Please ask your dispatch for replacement, do not use the switch connected to the battery for charging, since the constant flow of current through the switch is not safe.
ludo , one of my atomiser get spoil after just 2 weeksI noticed using manual switch after 3 drag the atomiser will get hot
I will let it rest awhile than use again
just don;t know why after 2 weeks suddenly spoil .
any tips I miss out?I know fellow janty users atomiser used for mths still okie..presently I only left one atomiser .no extra.
You where smoking too intensively devilfish, the filament in your atomizer has probably burned through! Please measure the resistance on the atomizer and let me know. It should be 3.2 Ohm.

it dead since I tried few times , the atomiser didn;t get hot no vapour.now usingt the only left spare one and it work.
Do you feel comfortable selling a product that has a synthetic fiber in the filament that can be "burned through"? We all know that smoke from such a fiber is something you don't want to be sucking directly into your lungs, and it's at the heart of your product. Are there any plans in future models to eliminate such risks? I hope you don't view this post as a hostile attempt to smear your company, as all companies use this technology, but I think lots of people are concerned about this and would like to know a manufacturer's thoughts on this.

A little more detail, please, Ludo. Which Omega sign setting? 200, 2000, 20k, etc? And which lead (red or black) goes on the outer rim, and which in the center? And If I accidentaly touch the leads together, or accisentally touch them both to the rim, or on the rim and center at the same time, will I burn anything out?
if it should be 3,2ohm then use the lowest one 200 if u got one, it only moves the decimal point. if u set it on 200 it will show 03.2 rather than 0.32 if set on 2000
doesnt matter which way round you put pos and neg leads the voltmeter just sends a signal and measure the strength of the return signal.
As there is no voltage from the voltmeter it wont arc out the atomizer.
my generic pen measures 3.6 ohms
OK, then I'm doing something wrong, since I never get a stable reading, it keeps moving from under 1 to over 100.
hmm , only other thing i can think off is the probes havent got a good connection on the atomizer, that's where my expertise ends i'm afraid.....
if its a kissbox you doing on , make sure to remover the switch so your testin just the atomizer, probably obvious

Well, I got it to steady at around 4.2 before it fluctuated again. Maybe it's my damn shaky hands. Or the fact I'm trying to clench the atomizer between my knees. I need one of those third hand thingies.
