I'm sure I will Ludo, they are the secret products you cannot talk about yet right? *wink*

Sorry I should have re-phrased, I meant to ask a version similar to that cigar but rechargeable/cartridge replaceable. I love the Janty Kissbox Classic, but I feel more satisfied with the round ends (hole in centre) and big cigars feel good to smoke and outperform :)

Hey Ludo,

After all the recommendations for the Yentl i finally bought one. When it arrived i read through the manual because i know how sensitive ecig parts can be and in doing so put the first battery (auto) on charge for the 16 hours.

When it had finished i started smoking it for the 20minutes that was recommended in which case i got barely and vapor and little to no throat hit at all. I thought to myself that this is probably normal. i then put the battery back on charge for another 4 hours.

When i took the battery off i was getting very wimpy vapor and no throat hit, i then changed carts and again the same thing. Now this being my first ecig im not too sure what to do. so i gave it a brake while the other battery (manual) charged. When i took this one off i connected it and it was completley dead. I thought i was doing something wrong so i held it up to my ear and listened for the sizzle but still. nothing.

I then put it aside and put the auto switch back on which is pretty much at full charge. Now the auto switch wouldn't cut off, the LED wouldn't flash and in about 45min the battery ran dead. i took the batt off and sucked on it to see if my atomizer was blocked but that wasn't the case. For some wierd reason the battery went flat.

im not too sure if its common to have 2 faulty batteries but i must say not a very good first experience :(

i understand its no fault of yours but im just not sure were i stand. I emailed JEff but he must be away from his computer and i was looking for some quick advice.

thanks in advance

Seems your set is fully dead! Quick advice: ask to replace by the KISSBOX CLASSIC STANDARD SERIES ;)

well i bougt the yentl because of the smaller form factor, i have all these cartridges and i would like to keep it. What im wondering is, is this a common issue?

if i get new batteries and atomisers will this fix it?

Ludo, I'm a bit confused, please could you clear this up for me.

Leaford had just reviewed a Janty Classic and said some very impressive things about it. I had a look at the Classic on Janty Europe and noticed that the atomiser is the same price as the Kissbox atomiser. They come in different colours so I'm not sure if they are the same product or not. Then I had a look at the Janty USA site and there the atomisers are not the same price.

What I'm wondering is if Leaford has a Classic that is different to the ones sold in the European shop? If it's a different batch or design or something, or does the review he did apply to the Classics sold in Europe too. Why are the atomisers in Europe the same price and the ones in the US a different price?

The classic atomizers or the KISSBOX classic atomizers are all the same, except for the color, be it in jantyshop or jantyusa. The price difference in the USA has to do with the time of production of these batches - cost varied in the past - when they will be sold out, the new classic atomizers will have a new price tag...

The usb is much better than the pic longer thinner cord. Tell me months ago I would have my addiction to electronics reach my nic addiction...unbelievable...

So the classic that Leaford reviewed was one of the new batch atomisers that are available in Europe?

We do not need any coupons, the service is excellent, and they will replace any broken parts without a problem.

That's more than good for me.

I agree sanneke! Jeff and Ludo are great suppliers.

Kimmie I'm glad to hear you like your kissbox. Is the USB cable smokable right out of the box? I just ordered one from Jeff because when I'm at home I'm always charing batteries and I"d rather be able to smoke.

Ludo, why is it a condition of the warranty in the US for customers to have to buy your eliquid? This is very bad news for consumers.

If you take away customer freedom of choice you need to be certain that the products you are forcing your customers to use are safe. If you harm anyone you are in for a big lawsuit.

When are you going to disclose toxicology reports that prove your eliquid has been properly manufactured and tested?

When are you going to package your eliquid safely and responsibly?

Do you expect us to accept your word on safeguards regarding a substance as toxic as nicotine eliquid that we will be inhaling? No other industry can get away with such shoddy health and safety provision. If we are forced to use your product we have a right to expect proper protection from harm.

I am surprised that Janty have made the warranty conditional, are you not making enough money? Your product is popular for now but your warranty duration is woeful which makes your prices high. I don't see this as a good deal for consumers at all and am sad about that because I like my Kissbox and I like some of your eliquid. I have paid plenty for it though, you're not likely to get much more from me until you provide better value for money.

I have answered all these questions long time ago...

1. There is no warranty issue unless you would be using cheap and bad e-liquid that WILL cloak your atomizer, such as the liquids in these tests or self fabricated liquid experiments:
Ampul Liquid proef - FreE-Smokers

2. Lab report (we have lab reports for every taste and density but I'm not going to post all of these here if you don't mind. The reports only differ in taste and nicotine density, all the rest is the same)

I have no prob just using janty in my janty products. I love their juice.
The usb is a janty usb and it is a different experience...no concern for batteries and what is their present charge at the moment. Its like always have a charged battery. I am not sure what you mean "out of the box" it is a genuine janty usb not some generic if that is what you were wondering.

This is what the US site said yesterday under Terms -

"WARRANTY: Atomizers and swiches come with a 6 month warranty an dbatteries with a 3 month warranty when used strictly in accordance with the guidelines in the manuals.
Please let us know within the first 3 days of usage if you find any problem.

Exceptions:
Damaged goods or non or bad functioning goods, cloaked atomizers due to clients misusage, bad handling or the usage of other than original JANTY cartridges, liquids or other items in combination with JANTY items are excluded from warranty. All returned items are checked at the moment of return at our warehouse. User data from the micro chips will be verified. The microchips inside the switches, batteries or USB compartments register abnormalities, density of liquid residues and abnormal high "peaks" from wrong usage
."

It's not there today so there may be no warranty issue today but there was yesterday. Are you not obliged to let your customers know when you change the conditions of contract?

Those 'lab tests' are ingredient lists, not toxicology reports, they prove nothing about safety.
