My local b&m is more about helping people get of the cigarettes than making money although they do still have to cover that overhead. They have a table with tools, spools of kanthal and a jar of organic boiled cotton balls for people to just "stop by" and build coils for free or for teaching the newcomers. They also give away about two or three Japanese cotton pads for free but they don't sell it. There was a time where they saw someone outside smoking a cigarette and they hooked them up with a small starter kit for free. I can go on and on about the perks of this b&m but that will be getting way of topic.

I like the Muji pads. But shipping is usually more than the price of the cotton here in Europe so I found a Japanese seller on eBay that sells the 140 pads packages for only $4.90 including worldwide shipping. That's cheaper than fasttech and I received them in just 1 week.
