Word of warning to some of you other newer forumees out there.

I just replied to a thread about music. I typed out virtually my whole life story. I clicked the "reply" button. And what do you reckon ? Yip....i'm too new too post on that thread.

I don't mind. Rules is rules. But just dont spend a long long time typing out a detailed reply until your sure you can post.

Shame is i wrote it all out so well. That will never happen again. That reply has just vanished (like vapor) into broadband hyperspace.

My life story now floats around unread and never to be seen.

I hope after typing all this out i'm not . . . . . . . .:censored:

Sorry about that. It's needed to keep the spammers in one place where a lot of people are around to report them. You need to post here in New Members first. 5 posts and/or replies and an hour's wait.

With this forum, I recommend Select All and Copy your long answers before pressing Save because the forum also resets sometimes and is sort of offline briefly (in the process of being upgraded to handle the heavy traffic) and you can lose posts that way too.
