Give Jeff a break, he is busy. I know you think your Britney image is the greatest Chuck-to-be-born-ever but you are just like the rest of us waiting for our Chucks.

My Chuck is in progress too, and I understand the wait time is about 4 weeks+.

Wow that was pretty rude of u. I've been waiting about 6-7 weeks so far, I was just making sure I had the correct image used on mine, just like you would want to make sure you have the one your happy with on your chuck. Thanks tho.

You paid on March 19th and your order e-mail was received on March 22nd, you may want to check your math.
I used the image you sent me this afternoon... it's in the prOn thread.

You sent me no less than 5 changes in the art. You e-mailed me the image you said was the "final" Friday afternoon. I told you I was building yours Friday night. Contrary to what some may think I don't have my laptop bolted to my lathe to check updates and changes on an hourly basis.

You tell me what you think is fair, what do YOU want me to do?

I welcome the general conensus of opinion from my customers. I take pride in my work and want my customers to be happy with their purchase. Unfortunately there has to be a line in the sand somewhere.

Thoughts?

Jeff I'm very sorry. I really am. I know i'm a hassle and I hate that i have made this so difficult. It's hard to explain really. It's just really important to me. I do appreciate how u have been so nice to me and and helped me alot. I understand we changed the image Friday, but that is only because you said we couldn't use the one I was happy with. If we could have it like in the previous thread I have with that image, that is how I wanted it done. If you want I can pay you extra for your troubles as well. This is what I was wanting, but you said the button would be on her head. Is there no way to make it like this where the button is at the seam??

Sorry but if you've changed the artwork that many times and then sent one during the day friday and then later friday night tried to change it again and he was already working on it that isn't his fault. I would say if you really want that image that bad just buy another Chuck ;)
This is the image I chose early in the week. I also offered to pay extra for the trouble.

With that many changes in images, it sounds to me like you've already gone above and beyond for this customer. And you made the Chuck with the final image that they sent you on the same day you made it. So you've held up your end of the deal.

That may be the case but from reading what you and Jeff posted above it appears he let you know there was an issue with that image and you then chose another to go with, right?

So if that's the case and you chose another and okayed it and he told you he would be making it that night and then you come to the forum and email or whatever and try to change it yet again even after he said he was already going to be making it there is no reasonable way to hold him responsible after you already approved the image.

Not to mention if I were Jeff I would tell people to make sure they chose an image they wanted before even ordering and once the order was placed there would be no changing it. But Jeff is already nice enough to let people make these changes along the way which is obviously taking up more of his time and causing him more work in the long run.

So, sorry to say it but, I don't see how anyone could reasonably think that he should shoulder the cost of redoing something that you have had a month(not including time spent thinking about it before placing the order) to make up your mind on.

Photoshop VS Reality... Here is a template for the CHUCK, the shaded area is what can be realistically viwed without having to rotate it.

Depending on the image, seeing only a slice of it makes it undistinguishable.

So by dropping that LANDSCAPE pic onto a PORTRAIT template needs it to be reduced alot or else all you are going to see is her nose. Or you can reduce it to fit and it will look like below.
