That may be the case but from reading what you and Jeff posted above it appears he let you know there was an issue with that image and you then chose another to go with, right?

So if that's the case and you chose another and okayed it and he told you he would be making it that night and then you come to the forum and email or whatever and try to change it yet again even after he said he was already going to be making it there is no reasonable way to hold him responsible after you already approved the image.

Not to mention if I were Jeff I would tell people to make sure they chose an image they wanted before even ordering and once the order was placed there would be no changing it. But Jeff is already nice enough to let people make these changes along the way which is obviously taking up more of his time and causing him more work in the long run.

So, sorry to say it but, I don't see how anyone could reasonably think that he should shoulder the cost of redoing something that you have had a month(not including time spent thinking about it before placing the order) to make up your mind on.

Again, I only changed the image Friday because there was an issue with it.
I was at work Friday panicking about having to do something with the image that he could use. I'm new to this and I was not aware that the image could be used on the opposite side of the switch. I really shouldn't have to explain myself and i really don't appreciate everyone being rude to me over this. Don't YOU want to be happy with your purchases? Doesn't EVERYONE? I have apologized about this already and everyone is giving me a hard time over this. Also, if you read my previous post, I offered to pay him extra for his trouble.

Sorry but if you've changed the artwork that many times and then sent one during the day friday and then later friday night tried to change it again and he was already working on it that isn't his fault. I would say if you really want that image that bad just buy another Chuck ;)
I second the buy another Chuck option. You should save yourself the hassle of having to wait the long wait again and get it out of the way.;) I think the majority of Chuck owners own multiples, there is a reason for that. The Chuck is just that awesome!

Besides don't you love Brittany enough to have two Chucks with her on them?:D Also by having a second you're prepared for if you should ever misplace one or break one.

#1 - I don't see how anyone is being rude to you. People are allowed to have their opinions. Just because their opinion doesn't agree with yours doesn't mean they are being rude.

#2 - Hey if Jeff agrees to redo it for you for an extra cost more power to the both of ya. But I was responding to your initial remark of " So I have to pay again to get the other image I wanted on there?"

#3 (and the only point that really matters) - No matter what the reason the image had to change the plain and simple fact is you approved the change.

Being that you approved the change, the Chuck does have the image you wanted at the time that Jeff said he was about to start building it. Therefore in my opinion the Chuck you paid for has been made plain and simple. But if your opinion differs then that is on you.

Photoshop VS Reality... Here is a template for the CHUCK, the shaded area is what can be realistically viwed without having to rotate it.

Depending on the image, seeing only a slice of it makes it undistinguishable.

So by dropping that LANDSCAPE pic onto a PORTRAIT template needs it to be reduced alot or else all you are going to see is her nose. Or you can reduce it to fit and it will look like below.

I don't understand what u mean really? What I was saying is, can the image of her not be flipped to the other side of the chuck so that the button is where the seams are?

If I make it full size and move it to the back, it will look like this...

The "slice" is what you will be able to see without rotating it.
On the switch side, her arms will be overlapped.

If this is what you want.... yep, I'll build it.

But with the wider version of the pic, wouldn't the gray be enough space to where her arms weren't overlapping? I do like the way it looks here but I def don't want her arms overlapping lol

Every version we've seen (and some that you probably sent to Jeff without the forum seeing it) have been the same picture, cropped differently.

The one that Jeff made was your "final" choice. Jeff said there was a problem with that one but then he found a way around the problem and made you that Chuck. Because you thought there was a problem, you created another version and now you don't want your "final" one because you prefer the next one.

But you have changed your mind about which one you want, on average, more than once a week since you first ordered. So, if Jeff changes the Chuck he built to you for the one you picked after your "final" choice, it seems likely that by next weekend you will have decided that "final+1" is no longer the best display of Britney's bra and naval and you really need "final+2."

Two days ago you loved the version of the picture Jeff used so, unless you talk yourself into not liking it, you will probably be very happy with it once you receive it.

If you want her arms to NOT be overlapping, see my first mock-up of it reduced. You can't reduce your X axis and not the Y axis.

This is the problem with a landscape image on a portrait template and why the other image was used.

Now mind you I still have the ORIGINAL image I was going to use here... the ones with the stars that I showed you Friday morning.
You didn't like that one then sent me the one with the black background which I used.

Feel free to use the blank template above to play around and let me know what you want me to do.

On another note I am completely shocked at the amount of mamory content in this thread and not one mention of "cookies".
