Jessy Battery quit working

I bought a Jessy M Starter kit last friday and one of my batteries quit working. It was working fine then I recharged it and it wouldn't work at all after that. The lights come on when I push the button but no vapor. I put the same atty in my other battery and it worked fine, so I"m wondering if it is possible to over charge these batteries rendering them useless?

sounds like the contact inside the battery is pushed down too far for the atomizer to make contact, use tweezers or something similar to gently ease the inner post up a tad. you can ease one side up a bit then the other side until it makes a good contact with the atomizer. the contact part of the battery is on a spring and is not fixed in place so that should fix it.

you are very welcome. and always keep in mind, use a q-tip to get rid of extra liquid inside the battery area, just don't push down too hard, but if you do, remember the trick to fix it

will you be in the store tommorow? planning on coming down and reup on some juice and see about some accessories for my jessy and I'll be bringing a friend that's a heavy smoker. she wants to quit and like some of the flavs that I let her taste. Plus I'd like to meet the guru of vaping...
