Last time i ordered from them, the juice had spilled,, when i opened the package it was all slippery, didnt lose lot of liquid though,,

i reported a complaint and got response in 1 day saying in the last batch of bottles they had some bad caps from manufacturer of their bottles,

so they gave me a code to enter the next time i purchase and they would add that bottle absolutely free with my next order.

they really take good care of customers and have good juices too..
