Hi Everyone

Both Christian and myself have had several comments regarding the UK pricing of the Johnson Creek Original Smoke juice. I'd like to explain how the price of £24.99 has been calculated.

On the surface, it does appear to be twice the price, however, this price does include shipping to the UK and the relevant Duty, VAT and admin charges levied by HMRC. Taking these facts into account the price actually works out correctly.

It can be very easy for the UK & EU consumer in general, to overlook the many hidden costs of importing goods to the UK (or anywhere else). Especially in light of the current exchange rates.

Some, as I'm sure you will all know, have found, that when importing e-cigarette/cigar/pipe models and related equipment for example, that the price can more than double when it hits your shores!

Furthermore, HMRC will often not release the goods in question until all the relevant VAT, Duty and admin fees have been paid in full. This, obviously, adds to the total cost of the goods and ultimately the time it takes to receive them. Our aim is to remove all these obstacles and issues for the UK & EU consumer.

I hope this has gone some way to explaining the reasoning behind the pricing structure we have employed and that you understand that we are working together to bring a great quality product to the UK & EU market with the minimum amount of effort on your part, our valued customers. :)

As always, we are open to any comments you may have.

Thanks

Smokerster ... JC Juice is TOTALLY worth that price! This stuff is simply AMAZING !!!

No doubt, when UK and EU customers try it, they will understand the pricing, and be simply blown away!

In my eyes, a bottle of 30ml (1 ounce) bottle is worth $50 ...

No doubt it is Cashmere - I'm itching to try it but when you're on a very limited income £24.99 ($50) is a lot of money, especially if it turns out you don't like a particular flavour after trying it:(

Is the 30ml bottle the only size you will be stocking or will you also be doing smaller bottles? Reason I ask is I don't want to spend £24.99 on something I find I don't like and want to experiment trying the different flavours.

Hi LP, I absolutlely agree with you. We're working toward offering more of a sample size at launch to give you the time to taste and decide. Watch this space, I'll keep you all posted :)

Thanks
