No man's land
I got a sample pack from Johnson Creek about a week ago. It comes with seven juices from their Red Oak line. I've previously reviewed their Arctic Menthol and Tennessee Cured juices, here and here. Now I'm reviewing Island.

Taste: The taste is not very complex, but it's very good and very sweet. It tastes almost exactly like pineapple Lifesavers, with just a hint of a Pina Colada taste. It's delicious. This is actually the last juice I've tried from the sample pack, because the smell put me off initially. I figured the taste would be bad. But I was dead wrong. This is automatically my favorite fruit-flavored e-juice. I could vape it all day long.
9/10

Vapor production: Excellent. This juice, along with the rest of the Red Oak line, is 100% VG, so you can produce large, thick clouds of vapor quite easily. I'm using an eGo-style battery and dripping in a regular 510 atomizer. I can only imagine the clouds if I were using a higher voltage set up.
10/10

Throat hit: This is 100% VG and at 18mg strength just like the other Red Oak juices I have, but for some reason this stuff has a far better throat hit than the rest. Very nice kick to it. This juice has made me cough from vaping for the first time in weeks. Nothing extreme, it's just about right when casually vaping.
7/10

I've heard a lot of bad reviews of this juice, and I just don't understand it. Everyone has their preferences, but I mean, how many people don't like pineapple? This is one of the best tasting juices I've ever had, I recommend it.
