joye 510 cartos , boiled after one use now not working ....Help veterans

Hi,
vaping a few weeks now i got 5 carto's as well as loadsa carts (joye 510) and only got one good vape outta the carto's now they just dont seem to work,

i boiled them for 5 mins as seen on youtube dry overnight dripped directly onto filler before putting o-ring back on and they just dont vape the way they first did (virtually no vapour or TH) ,

so should i not have boiled them

any feedback welcome thanx .​

My guess is the filler was still wet from water. Overnight is sometimes not even long enough for room temp drying for an atty, and there is no filler in an atty. Try drying them in a 200 deg oven for an hour. Depending on the filler material, it might hold on to water too well, and what you are describing sounds like they are still somewhat wet. I personally am not a big fan of boiling fine-wire electronics. I have good luck with a 3 hour soak in 100 proof vodka or PGA, then flush with lots of warm water and oven dry. Some fillers, in addition, sort of shrink up after water washing. The filler in Boges do not do this, as it is a courser material. I use, wash and reuse Boge cartos with the above method over and over, and can get perhaps 6 cycles before they are too gunked up to clean out well.
