Joye 510-top off and batt cycle

HEY, new one here, just recieved my 510, used outa the box, no bad taste! got 18mg liquid and carts. It seems after a day, I have to top off my cart about once an hour with two drops to get good vapor. also the batts are being replaced at about 2.5 hours or so. is this normal? went from a pack and half to ten analogs first day, its now the morning of day two. had one analog this morn. just wondering if Im on the right track.

Congrats and welcome! I have found that you do have to top off the 510 often to keep up he vapor production, but it's worth it in my opinion. I actually top off more than that. My automatic batteries last about that long. They do sell a Mega manual battery for the 510 that definitely lasts longer. I've been using it about a week, and I can get 6hrs out of one.

On my 510 thats about exactly what Id get from it. Top off once an hour at least and batteries like every 2 hours to get good vapor. I went to a mod with 14500 batts and the batt issue solved.

That's about what I've come to find with my 510 too. It also seems like the longer I use my carts, the quicker they need a refil, but I'm still on my first set, I'll be ordering more to confirm soon.

As far as the battery is concerned, I had the same problem. I went through both my batteries the first day I had it and still had several more hours to wait before I could get home to charge them. I ordered a PCC the next day

Also, if you have an office gig, you can use a USB passthrough. I use mine constantly now, and really only use the batts when I'm out at the pub or something.

oh crap! didnt check, can I use my Joye 510 batt charger for the megas????? hope so. after this thread, im now topping about 6 drops an hour, much better.....

Yeah, your charger will work with the mega battery. I top off a lot too, it's just the nature of the beast. I'm guessing I'll eventually get a screwdriver or prodigy mod.

I am soooooooooooooooooo pleased with this device! cant believe my progress only after two days, now that ive cleared up some basic things ive turned into a "super vapgeek! I live at aprox 8500ft by the continental divide and hiking and fishing are important to me, but of late, im just too winded........hopefully not anymore........I'll give this new practise acouple of months to find the real bennies......only one .... log today! lol

It takes about 2 days of steady vaping for the 510 to break in. Once broken in you'll experience a huge amount of vapor and flavor.
