Joye eGo and Flavor issue

Ok I got my eGo about 2 weeks ago and I love the battery life but not the flavor. Everyone talks about how the flavors come alive in their eGo but mine seems to be worse. I have tried LR attys with regular carts, modified carts and also tried 510 cartomizers. I get great plumes of vapor and a hell of a throat hit but it seems the flavor is lacking. I get more flavor out of my 510 and my 808. Whats the deal, am I doing something wrong???

In my experience it depends on the flavor. Higher wattage - what you'll get on the eGo vs. the 510 using the same attys, can enhance some flavors - mainly the stronger flavors and diminish other flavors - the fruit/berry/vanilla/coconut, etc. 'lighter flavors'. Although you're 808 is putting out more voltage, the cartomizers resistance rating will bring down the wattage so the flavors won't be as affected.

The 510 cartomizers (not the new LR cartoz) should be your best bet or get an High Voltage (like 4.5 ohms) atty for the 510 which would bring the wattage down to where it won't burn out the flavor you're experiencing this with. Those HV attys are available at many places. Nhaler carries them but they're out of stock right now.

Another solution would be to get a 510 to 901 adapter and use a regular 901 atomizer which also runs cooler (and for some) with more flavor on the lighter flavors.
