Vamo I have two of them. The gunmetal finish does not hold up but I have skins for them. I also have a Zmax, menu is complicated so I have a ZMax with OLED Screen on the way I also have an Evic on the way. Plus I have two VV Grippers and a mini Young June. I think I may have too many.

Thanks again everyone for your advice! Do you think the kit for the Vamo on Vaporbeast.com is a good deal? Getting confused trying to figure out which battery works & what to order if I purchase everything separately.

The problem I see is that they don't say what those batteries are, or what make the charger is. I'd get the Vamo and buy batteries and charger separate.
You need IMR batteries - AW, Efest or Panasonic are all good.

Thanks again! One last question...I hope lol! Does it matter if they're flat top or button etc...?

I use AW IMR button tops. I don't stack two 18350s - but I know two button top AW IMR 18350s stacked don't fit - the end cap doesn't screw on all the way. A single button top AW IMR 18650 or 18350 works fine for me.

So I see. I never really paid attention to the max watts. I must have been too distracted by the "puff counters".

From Phil Busardo;
I took some quick measurements with the eVic and the 1.1 firmware release. Here is what I came up with:

1.6 Ohm, Max setting of 11 Watts = 2.622 Amps (should = 4.195V, delivers ≈ 4.05V
2.1 Ohm, Max setting of 11 Watts = 2.289 Amps (should = 4.806V, delivers ≈ 4.7V)
3.0 Ohm, Max setting of 8.3 Watts = 1.663 Amps (should = 4.99V, delivers ≈ 4.8V)

Some confusion here for sure.

It’s maximum wattage setting for the 1.6 Ohm and the 2.1 Ohm was 11 watts. This gives the device a maximum output of 2.622 Amps, YET, the maximum wattage setting for the 3.0Ohm was 8.3 watts which is only 1.663 Amps.

Since it didn’t drive the 1.6 Ohm to 4.2V as it should have (only got to around 4.05V), it’s almost acting as if this device has an amp limit of around 2.5 Amps (as seen with the 1.6 Ohm) AND a voltage limit of 5V (as seen with the 3.0 Ohm).

So it looks like a limit of 2. 5 Amps or 5 Volts… whichever comes first! :)

We're talking Lavatube V1 capabilities as far as output is concerned - but it has a puff counter.
Whatever works for you is great.

Lol...I meant that I didn't read the pre-release materials and see where they said 15 watts. I did see both Pbusardos videos and read the blurb you quoted on his site. I apparently had lower expectations.

I wasn't really shocked by 2.5amps or 5 volts (whatever comes first), it makes sense since everyone has talked about a 2.5amp limit than most.

As for the puff counters, I could give a crap, I just wanted a new toy and not many come with what I really want...in device battery charging.

I'll probably buy an Evic myself, just wish Joyetech had been straight about the output.
It's great that it can be used as a pass through whilst charging.

Mine just came in, not a recalled head either. Took about 5 minutes to set up the software and update it. The vape is nice at the power I am using it (7.5w).

I do understand the issue about how it was initially advertise, though I apparently missed it. I won't claim it's the most accurate in the world either but at 7.5w it's been set it and forget it accurate taste wise on the 1.8 to 2.8 Ohm cart/atty/clearos I have attached to it.

I think a suped up version would be a killer device for pretty much everyone.
