I was just in a similar situation. I own two twists and love(d) them. I recently bought a tesla. I would say I've noticed a big improvement in vape quality. Most of my juices work best at 8.5w so I can set it and change tanks/coils without issue. I like the size as well. For me te selling point was being able to check the resistance of coils and I want to get into RBAs soon.

I will probably use my twists when out if the house once the novelty wears off but I honestly believe it was worth it.

well thanks for responding everyone! My vamo should be in tomorrow, just in time to see how it holds up while camping all weekend. I bought 2 18650 and 1 18350 for shorty mode. So it should be ok from friday noonish to sunday mid afternoon.I'm going to bring along my twists just in case, but it should be a good trial run for my new mod.

Good choice. Make sure you set your Vamo to RMS (N02) mode and adjust your power in watts. If it's the V2 version. They smartly got rid of the N01 mode in the latest V3 model.
