Also, many many vendors are taking their facebook/social media very seriously these days. Post on the retailer's wall asking why they won't swap it even though it was defective. Be polite but firm, summarize in the first couple sentences (so it shows in the summaries when people open the page) but give more details in the post so people who read it don't assume you're just complaining.. (Obviously bear in mind its a public post, so leave out order #s and stuff..)

I am serious considering picking up that chrome body, but I am concerned with fingerprints galore covering my beautiful device. Can anybody that has one confirm whether the chrome body is a magnet for fingerprints, or am I just being paranoid?

Total fingerprint magnet.

I didn't order one. I was working on sources for my eVic co-op and found them by accident and figured I would post them on the thread cause I know everyone was looking for them. I wrapped my silver tube and head in black carbon fiber and am pretty happy with it. I might get some later on down the road.

Good job! That actually looks like a process that I could replicate, and that is saying something!
Do you think the Drunker tank is a good rebuildable for n00bs like me?

I am a newb!

If you can floss your teeth and you are patient I think you can do it. I have some electrical and mechanical knowledge that helps me a bit but in the Drunker forum there's plenty of guidance to help you along.

I will not say the Drunker is the best but it is really good and not too hard to build. My first attempt was successful, and I usually screw up a few times before I get something right.

Anyone who wants the different tube sets, I found them here. It is the tube AND the top cap.

JoyeTech eVic Tubing

Note: You can use the Joytech eGo-T Upgrade Mod tubes on the eVic also.

My eVic should be arriving from AquaVaporCigs tomorrow, to be followed Friday by a Black top cone and battery tube replacement kit from MVS, and carbon-fiber wrap for the original "stock" body from J-Wraps sometime next week.

I am SOOOOO psyched! I've had the software installed on my Mac since it was released... ;-)
