Are genuine Joye batts and attys better? How can you tell by looking at them if they are genuine Joye. It is very confusing when shopping as some sites say their products are Joye and some say their products are FOR Joye E-cigs. TIA Jim
I have some of the first knockoffs - the innovapor 'new attys' that have a metal washer at the base of the bridge where with the Joye's there's a metal mesh. The bridge is also higher on those and they atty body is oversized to where you have to get the right 901 cart to fit it. They are no longer in production but you'll liable to find some in classifieds from time to time. As an atty, they're supposed to be 3x the life of a Joye. Don't know about that. I've only lost one atty in 5 months and that wasn't it. They
vape well. The other - different than Joye atty I have are BE510's. I have the BE112's for an 801 alternative for the Janty Stick and like them a lot. I've tried two of the BE510's and I'm getting a nasty taste (not the primer and not running out of
juice nasty taste) that has me concerned. I have three others that I haven't tried. I've soaked the others with no success in getting rid of the taste. At this point I wouldn't
buy any more. Don't know why this happens but it is truly different than the Joye's I have. I also am not sure whether they are best ecigs or whether they are SLB's. They are like the innovapor 'new atty' in that they also have the metal 'washer' - with no metal mesh at the base and the bridge is high but not as high as innovapor's. And 510 carts fit on the BE510's.
Within the 'joye family' of Dura C, Titan, yeti, etc. I find no difference. The difference in the Dura C for example vs. the TAWA version at Janty is the warranty and that is stated clearly somewhere on the Janty site or was on the old site. So you're paying extra for the warranty. heaven gifts 510's are also guaranteed for a year or 6 months - I forget - the only thing is you pay the postage but if you use airmail and you have a few of them, then it's worth it. Luckily, I haven't had to do that.
