I've got one of these on order. I bought it for the endurance, not high watts. Now I'm wondering, is on board charging slower with series compared to paralell? Anybody know the answer to that one?
Says here:
detail - Joyetech
"We kindly suggest you take out the cells and charge them with a separate charger."

If joyetech says 'don't charge in the mod', I wouldn't charge in the mod.
Just sayin'. It's your house to burn down.

I just broke down and bought one from them as well. Lol now I just need to find a good single coil 5ml or more tank to go with it. Any suggestions?
  • I have been leaning toward duals lately since I got 3 Steam Crave 6ml Aromamizers but you can build a good size single vertical coil in the center of the Velocity deck). Airflow ring is kind of hokey method though.
  • Prior to that I just bought 5 Crown tanks & they use a pretty tricky single coil RBA (I'm told but the stock 0.25 ss dual coil heads that came with them just keep going and going under ss TC mode & I haven't had to build them yet).
  • Single coil config prior to that I would have to go back to Lemo 2. Good size deck, easy build, nice flavor, 4.5ml.
I wouldn't really call any of the above mtl tanks though if that's what you are into you should stick with a subtank or a kayfun.

Wotofo Serpent. Single coil, huge airflow, juice flow control and top fill. I don't have one but the serpent thread is active with lots of love for it.

I've actually been watching that thread. I would have bought one already but I'm hesitant due to the glass not being able to be removed. I'm waiting for someone to figure out how to get it out because...they got it in there so there has to be a way to get it out and replace it.

Out of the hundreds of atomizers out there, I was surprised how well the SXK Nebula Wine works. It's simple w/few parts and basically no frills. The stainless material and machining reminds me of the Lemo Drop. Single coil deck, easy to build on. 5ml glass tank (replacements available). Only one threaded connection other than the coil screws. Low voltage drop and has been working well w/316 SS and Ni200 on my VTC Mini in TC. Some won't like the lack of top fill and no airflow adjustability. It does have plenty of airflow for my style of lung hits; I sometimes use a silicone vape band w/a 3/16" hole to block one of the two holes, and some people are using a small piece of teflon tubing in the center post to cut down on the airflow a bit.

Discussion at FT.

Hmm I think this thing may end up replacing my xcube 2. I really haven't dabbled with temp control yet but I didn't feel like paying the extra for ti and ss support.

Plus I love my vtc mini and the screen on that so that's a big plus. Just gotta be patient and see some real world opinions. [emoji14]

I also put in a pre-order with FT. I figured their customer service beats a couple of bucks' price difference. As soon as it ships out, I'm getting rid of one of my IPV4's.. Might even go for another and get rid of the other IPV4 lol

By the way, I'm a TC newb, but I will be starting out with 28awg 316, target in the 0.4-0.5ohm ballpark (so about 8 2.5mm wraps dual coils).. Does that sound like a good setup for a tank like Bellus? I generally vape my juices in the 20-30W ballpark on A1 so I doubt my continuous drain will be a lot more than that in TC mode.. Currently got 4 brand new 25R's and another 4 slightly tired ones that only charge up to 2200ish mAh.. What kinda wattage can I max it out at in TC mode (to get the coil up to temp)? From what I understand, the new ones might be ok up to 120, but not sure about the ones with a bit of mileage on them.

If you are not familiar with hondas, that one I posted is a 1000 HP beast ;)
If you are not familiar with hondas, that one I posted is a 50 HP 1978, the last year of the first generation Civic (1973-1978). ;)

It was at least 200 watts and had temperature control. At least a heater, if not AC.

Well I ordered a black one from 3fvape and a sliver from vaporizordistributors. The silver one has already shipped. Can't wait, this mod has a massive possibility of becoming my favorite device. I don't think a dual 650 mod could get smaller than what they have done. And I love my vtc mini so this should be awesome.

My 89 hatchback had a whopping 70HP ;)

Sent with one hand, the other is busy vaping.
