If theres anyone on the fence about the cuboid I would say go for it. I have the evic vtc mini and the RX200 also, while they are all great for the price they are essentially the same in small, medium and large. They all are Identical as functions go with the Evic FW 3.0,RX with 3.0 and the Cuboid with update. So while the battery life on the mini is the least (1-18650) the Cuboid being 2-18650 and the RX with 3-18650. I am liking the cuboid for a all around smallish, long lasting, higher power mod that is cheaper in the long run than having to marry 3 -18650's for the RX 200. So far all have been great in all modes used. out of the three, I find the cuboid the winner.

Anyone using this with the Crown . 25 SS coils in TC code? Any issues?

They are a perfect match. TC mode with the crown SS coils is on point! I have tried it with 316, 317 and 430 with my other RTA's also. Cuboid.jpg

@BoostAddict - does it come by default with a 316 SS setting or did you create some kind of custom profile?

Using the 316 default setting. Perfect... no reason to do the custom setting for the crown coils. You can see it in the pic..Custom is m1.m2,m3

I've been on the fence about whether to get the Cuboid, but as a thumb presser, I just won't deal with the 510 being on the opposite side of the button.

Especially, since I like short atties and genesis tanks.

Oh well. I guess for index finger pressers, it's a welcome addition.
I use my thumb... It's fine for me. What's the problem?

I'd like to know how easy it is to disassemble the whole mod, so I can take that long front screen protector piece out and replace it with a black metal piece eith a cut out and plexi for the screen and cut out for the buttons.
I didn't take my Cuboid apart, but I did remove the batteries and study the inside a bit. While I know that everything that goes together comes apart, I see no screws, latches, or catches inside. All I see are two very small star screws on the top that take a T5 bit; one near the 510 in a corner, and the other in the corner on the far side. Removing them does not give easy access to the electronics because the top section seems to be a tight press fit along with the two T5 screws.

Looking into the battery chambers with a magnification lamp, I see two black sleeves that surround each battery. They appear to be installed from the top. I see two more T5 screws on the battery door that secure the contact plate to the door, but I can't see how removing that would help to gain access to the screen. It appears that everything you want access to would be gained from opening the top section where the 510 is.

So "how easy it is to disassemble the mod" would start with how difficult it is to remove the top section. I did not try to pry it out beyond pulling at it with fingernails in the gap, but mine is in there pretty tight. Sorry I couldn't be of more help, but if you don't have a Cuboid, this may give you an idea of what it might take to gain access to the screen. It looks like once the top has been removed, the innards would come apart similar to the way an iStick 50W does. That is, all of it pulls right out; screen, screen protector and all. I think you would most likely see the upper + and - battery terminals on the bottom of it along with the electronics and screen.

I appreciate that those taxes also turn into valuable services. ...
Yee gad! It's nice to hear somebody say that instead of the Great American (USA) Pastime of b..ching about the government!

I wish that us US citizens would appreciate the advantages that single-payer (like Canada and Europe) or well-regulated limited-provider (like in Israel) health care offers to the public. Get the for-profit middle-man entities out of health care and costs really can be contained and quality improved. It's proven.

I use shorter flavor atomizers, it seems like it would be awkward. Like I'd be tucking the mod close, under the chin.
The cuboid is not very wide. Nothing like say a IPV4 or most other twin battery mods. I thumb fire as well and have no issues.

The downside of having a single payer healthcare system is that it gives the government ammunition to ban things (and Ontario's Liberal party is great at banning everything but corruption)... For example, they used that excuse to institute motorcycle helmet laws. Another example is the upcoming ban on vaping everywhere smoking's prohibited. While I'd wear a helmet whether there are laws or no laws and I make an active effort not to be a vapehole in public places, why not just let responsible adults be responsible adults instead of trying to circumscribe every action with a law?
