Next time you goto Walmart checkout the hardware section. They have stick on furniture bumpers, the smallest ones are about 1/4" in diameter and 1/8" high. They are clear too. I use them on the remote for my predator call, stick them on the keys to make it easier to do by touch with gloves on. One stuck on the little arrow on the door would be perfect. Here is a pick to show similar ones, they don't show the exact ones online.

Great tip, unloaded. Thx!

Great idea for the stickie!

I've been quite frustrated with my juice issues. So I took to putting some of the juice I got into the tank, dropping some super concentrated flavor straight into the tank, then a bit more juice - leaving room for it to mix well - and just mixing a tank at a time. Well, that tank leaked. It wasn't just condensation - it was brown (chocolate flavor). It was all over the tank, atty and cone. I cleaned it well, tried again, made sure everything was perfectly clean before reassembling - same result. The flavor was better tho!

Did somehow mixing in the tank cause it to leak or did it just happen to be a leaky tank? Ideas?

I hear your frustration. I am about ready to send mine back and go back to blu. I have tried new tanks , new attys, and still get tiny leaks. I am getting really tired of having juice on my hands every time a vape. My last fix was to cut the top off the neoprene covers for the tank to make a sleeves to cover the joints between the tank, cone and battery. I don't have any more leaks, but now it really doesn't fit in the charger. This really defeats the whole purpose of this model. photo (6).jpg

If anybody has any dead batteries or PCC I'd like to do some experimenting with them. Shoot me a PM and I'll send postage if you'd like to donate for science.

if you're trying to make a compartment for a spare cart within the PCC, let me know if you're successful!

Oh, not sure if this has been mentioned - but if you're considering buying an eRoll -

I like the black one. I prefer black as a color in general. However, if you're a bit of a klutz and have dark carpet, you might want the white! I did not think about that. I've had to go searching for mine with a flashlight in the house/truck many times already.

Out of curiosity - have you tried different juices? I had the one leak, but others not, so I'm just wondering.

I think the problem is with the seal between the the tank and the atty. If the tank hole has no gasket to seal the tank to the atty. If the hole was off during production, the hole gets enlarged assembling the unit, or just from just general use, the juice is going to leak out. It may be a matter of using the tanks 3-4 times and then trowing them out.

I only had the one leak. And as far as I could tell, it was the combo of a thin juice and a slightly loose cone. I have had absolutely no issues with leaking any other time. I have three battery setups, and as long as I don't use the really thin juice in the one with the slightly loose cone, it's golden. I hope you guys can figure out your leaking issues, because the eRoll is awesome. It's all I've used since it got here.

Yeah, this could be an issue. I know that with the ego c type b tanks, the hole would enlarge with use and I'd have to use a new one. May be some variability on the tanks though, because I have two that have been going for two weeks, being filled many times each day, and they don't leak at all.

don't have it in front of me right now, but i think in the user manual, it warns that if you keep reusing the same tank, eventually the hole will get too big, and the seal could be compromised. tanks are $3 for 5, no reason to keep reusing the same one if it will eventually always lead to leaking

Yeah, I have been using mine non-stop for 2 weeks. I fill the carts all at the same time, and do this about 3 times a day. Not one leak from any of the 3 carts that came with the unit.

Perhaps Eric, you are over-filling the cartridges which forces juice out when attached?

Can't see why our experiences are so different at this point.

I do think that if you suspect that all your carts are bad (seems unlikely, but must be?) that you should get some more. They are less than $1 each and in my experience should last a couple weeks at least without leaking.

You can check, without the cone along, how well the tank will fit to the tip of the atty. If it is loose it will propably leak.
Some tips of attys can be thinner than usually.

I think this is how they were designed. If people insist on trying to make these parts last for weeks, they're bound to have some issues eventually. Especially since you take the tanks off so frequently because they're small.

I toss my tanks every 3 or 4 days, roughly. Earlier if I notice it leaking. FWIW though, I have had some tanks leak right off the bat. You can even tell that the manufacturing tolerances are pretty loose just by how easily some will slide on and some require a bit of force in the beginning. Not to mention that the draw is pretty variable between tanks (and I mean when new, not just because they're clogged).

Considering I got my tanks in bulk for around 50 cents each, all of this doesn't really bug me much. If I notice one leaking, it goes straight in the garbage, rather than trying to futz with it.

Well, based on this, I am not going to throw any of mine away as they are working great. From what you are saying, the replacements may not work as well, so I will keep what is working.

Obviously don't toss it out if it's working. Just saying that they're cheap enough to offset the fact that they do wear out and that you'll get the occasional 'bad' one.

I just personally don't sweat it and don't bother trying to fix it (my time is worth more than the cost of the tank, to me). Just move on to the next until I get one that's working fine :)
