The crux of the problem is that your preferred juice is the most important component there. If they don't sell the eRoll parts as well, then well.. you're stuck buying those elsewhere.
That said, I buy my juice from Wordup-Ecig, and they have the parts in stock as well. They don't have the best prices I've seen for the eRoll parts, but they do have an always-available 5% off coupon and free shipping, which can offset the cost if you're buying small quantities at a time.
Wordup doesn't have the black cone- does anyone know if there's any problems fitting a chrome onto a black eRoll setup (besides it looking goofy?) I know there shouldn't be a problem, but....

I made a wick from 28 mm long piece of mesh (#500), but its last 1 mm is only 14 mm(which is against the coil).I've only had leaks for two reasons. First I got some knockoff attys and the spikes are thinner so they leak. Second I've done some SS wicks that were a little looser than needed. They didn't really leak, more like flooding the atty. Once it floods they don't lean out the rest of the juice.
If I leave the Eroll on the table with a full tank, sometimes there is a thin line of liquid on the table under it, but not what I would call a leak.
Well, based on this, I am not going to throw any of mine away as they are working great. From what you are saying, the replacements may not work as well, so I will keep what is working.
any liquid that comes out is defined as a leak.

That would be a leak. Mine don't leak. If yours leak you got bad tanks I guess. I think you should get some more and see if that fixes the problem.
Ok ive been over this. Ive filled my cart until there were no air bubbles, and had a line in the case. No air bubbles in the tank. Device was sitting on a shelf constant temperature.
Its condensation.
On mine, it's not. It's eliquid -- it's pretty easy to tell since it leaves my hands feeling oily if I grab it without checking it first.
If I got 60 bad tanks, that's fine.. it wasn't that much money.. but the ones from my kit did it as well.
Incidentally, mine don't leak when left outside the PCC, like you stated. They only do it if I put it in the PCC and close it for a length of time (e.g., put it in my pocket).
