The secretary in my company loves her eRoll. She got it cheap too. How do I know? Her eRoll used to be mine, but I sold it to her for very cheap because it leaked all over the place, and needed refilling all the time. I told her about its shortcomings when I sold it to her, after trying to make it work for me for a week.

But her usage isn't mine: she fills it up with peach-flavored 0 mg nicotine liquid, catches a puff once in a while at her desk when the boss isn't looking, and still goes out for an infrequent cigarette break now and then. I on the other hand have given up smoking altogether and I used to vape on the eRoll heavily all the time, indoors and outdoors.

Well, lo and behold, the eRoll works great for her. It doesn't leak or run dry like it did for me. She's really happy with it. I couldn't bear the thing myself.

So, I'd say the eRoll is great for light vapers. If you're more than an occasional vaper though, forget it.

I have found this out the past week or so. I was very anxious for my eroll to arrive, and once it arrived I thought it was great. Then I discovered a tank full of juice only lasts me about 15 minutes. I have several tanks filled and ready to go, but I really don't like having to change the tank two or three times an hour. So basically I am just using it for short trip in the car to the store or anywhere I wont be vaping for more than a few minutes at a time. I really love the size, but I have a feeling its going to end up in my back-up drawer. My usual 808's with a full clearo tank lasts me anywhere from 3 to 4 hours before I have to grab a fresh battery and fill the clearo, and no worrying about cleaning or replacing atomizers, so I guess I will just stick with what works. I really wanted to like the eroll, but its just not for me :(

Has anyone ever tried vaping with the mouth-cap off the tank? I was walking home tonight, and I dropped the eRoll. The mouth-cap popped off the tank and I couldn't find it. But the vape is much better without it. Not only is the flavor fuller, but I like being able to squeeze the tip just a bit, almost like a cigarette.

Should I pull the mouth-caps off the rest of my tanks?

I've tried vaping without the mouth cap before and liked it (felt like it vaped a bit easier). I worried about condensation dripping out over time, though, so I keep the mouth caps on. The part I've gotten rid of in my tanks is the little circle with the hole in it. I assume that's meant to be a condensation stopper, but I find it unnecessary.

Merry Christmas VapeMail ... my other eRoll PCC just showed up ... I now have two PCCs, 3 stainless batteries, 3 black batteries, 30 tanks and a white eRoll case :2cool:

Even though I picked up a backup eVic with a shorty 18350 Siam Mods Stainless Tube ... I am much more comfortable with this eRoll setup for my mobile vape ... I was just getting too many weird looks about the eVic while out and about

I just received my personal carry case today, nice to have a place for the other device. I love it! It's so strange using the ERoll after 5 months without holding a cigarette or a cig-a-like! It's great for stealth & hands free vaping. Love the carry case.

I picked up a Joyetech eRoll 15 days ago from extremevapor in Colorado Springs. This choice was based on the recommendations of the store manager. I was a 1-1/2 to 2 pack a day smoker, and I have smoked for over 50 years. I do not like the eRoll, I LOVE IT!!! Using 24mg nicotine (based on the managers suggestion), I have been completely tobacco free since getting this device! First thing that I have used that has ever worked for me! That being said, I want to thank each and everyone that has posted on this thread! I have read every post and have learned way more than I thought possible. You guys (and gals) are the best!

Well Thanks to the mail man and my credit card company I am now one of the crowd! I am happily vaping away on my new black eroll. Thanks to all of you posting and helping each other on this thread I took the plunge. I have been reading here for some time and this sounded like the perfect fit for my collection. I have been smoke free for about a month after a 38 year addiction. I was finding it difficult to lug around my Provari or ego twist when out and about. So far I am impressed with the vapor and taste! Since I have been studying about these for a while putting it together and getting it started was a snap, EXCEPT for the plastic wrap on the spare battery!! That must be the stuff they use to hold the space shuttle together! I can tell I better be ordering some spares soon because after using the other mods I have I may be loosing these once in a while or forgetting them in my shirt pocket and sending them through the washing machine! They are really small! Well I am a beiever now and can definetly see a need for these during the day out and about. I am sure I will still be using the larger stuff at home while watching tv and such due to the small tank but all in all I am impressed. Thanks to all that have posted here!

Thank you so much for this post; I'm about to order an eRoll in order to do something about my own 39 yr cigarette addiction, and it's really inspiring to see people in similar straits having so much success with it -- I can't wait!

Since you're a recent switcher, what kind of cigarettes did you smoke, and what kind of e-juice do you find most satisfying now, to help NOT pick up a coffin nail?

Thx so much!!!

OMG--I had read right after I bought mine in March last year about the plastic coating, so I purposely tried to get mine off. See, I bought mine from a B&M that bought kits and broke them all down. When you bought the kit, you got each component separately and the little plastic bag the PCC comes in had already been opened.

I couldn't peel anything up so I was POSITIVE that the plastic had already been taken off, and I was a bit bummed that I got a scratched case. But it worked fine so I got over it.

Literally, just now, after reading the above in your post, I pulled out my PCC and took another look. Mind you, I've had this sucker how long???

Guess what--I noticed a dull spot right on the edge of the PCC, next to the little outer ridge of the case. Slipped my fingernail underneath, and VOILA!!!

I have a brand-new looking PCC! :D

Thank you for your service. :)

andria,
I smoked Marlboro reds for years until they got so expensive then went to a generic full flavored cig.
The ejuice was and is the hardest part of this for me. I have tried a lot and figured out as of right now that I do not like sweet or fruity flavors. I hear that that may change but not sure about that right now. I have settled on a cigar flavor from joyetech of all things! I am still shopping around and keep ordering trial packs from various venders. The problem I was having from the begining is as soon as I got something in the mail I wanted to try it now. I understand a lot of juices need to steep (just sit and wait for the flavors to get better) for a week or two. But I was desperate for an all day vape. I am hopeful that some of what I have will be better for me in a while. I am satisfied as of right now with the cigar. It really is not like a real cigar, I still have one of those occasionally. It is just a mellow flavorful smoke flavor to me. Plus my local B&M has it in stock for $3.00 for a 10 mil bottle! My next go to is a american blend tobacco, I do not like the ry4 and 555 a lot of people like, they are just too sweet for me. Good luck and don't give up on the flavors, to me it was and is the hardest and most expensive part!!!

Ok, this makes a lot of sense to me; I smoke Virginia Slims (NON! menthol), and to me they're smooth with a bitter kind of edge/after-taste... I never could smoke Marlboros, to me *those* are too sweet; I far preferred Winston before I discovered VA Slims. I got a Blu e-cig last week, and almost gagged on the sweet taste of pipe tobacco, blech! I've been looking at every tobacco-flavored juice I can find online, checking reviews, and they ALL seem to have some kind of sweetness, or they actually say "pipe tobacco," and I had begun to wonder if I ought to be looking for something that's more like cigars -- the smooth kind. When I still lived at home with my parents (I'm almost 53 now, THAT's how long I've been smoking VA Slims!), my mom would often come into my room and demand to know if I was smoking cigars in there?!?!?!

So, maybe it's more of a smooth cigar taste I'm looking for; light, dry, bitter-ish, not sweet at all -- any recommendations?

Thx tons!!

Ok, here's a new question, especially for those who are experienced with this lil gizmo: what kind of tools/accessories are needed, for getting it filled/refilled? I've seen a lot of different kinds of syringes and whatnot, but what works best for THIS e-cig?

Thx!
