Hello eRollers ... well, I pulled the trigger on an eRoll yesterday :2cool:

My backup to my eVic has been a seldom used Blu kit ... after reading through many threads here in the eRoll sub ... I was convinced that I need this to compliment my eVic.

I quit smoking 9 weeks ago with the eVic topped with an ECA using the mini tanks ... I figured that, since I still have 30 brand new Joyetech eGo-C Type A Attys for my eVic ... this eRoll is going to rock while on the go.

I can use the eVic at home and also use it to dry burn the Attys (which are common to both units).

Here is what I am waiting for ...

1 Genuine Joyetech eRoll Starter Kit (stainless)

4 extra Joyetech eRoll Batteries (3 black and 1 stainless)

5 extra Joyetech eRoll Atomizer Cone Covers (3 black and 2 stainless)

4 extra Joyetech eRoll Cartridges (5pks)

and the Joyetech eRoll Carrying Case (the one that holds the extra battery)

I ordered from myfreedomsmokes with a BLACKFRIDAY coupon for 17% off everything and free shipping.

Nice to meet you all here :2cool:

Cheers

Nice setup ! I have just 4 complete units, a couple more would be better to get through the whole day without any maintenance ...

Be sure to order the replacement tank caps, they really make a difference. After 8 or 10 times the hole on the tank is enlarged enough by the atomizer spike to start to seep a little. Just pop on a new tank cap and extend the life of each tank indefinitely. When they don't "snap" going in, its time to replace the cap, and they're a lot cheaper than buying new tanks. LiteCigUSA has them at $1.95 for 10 caps, a new tank is $2.95 ...

Just converted a new vaper last week, my dentist's receptionist. She liked the eGo I loaned her, but not enough to quit analogs completely. Then I talked her boss into paying half for an Ovale eMini starter kit for her, with a case and some low resistance atomizers. Now the receptionist is completely switched to vaping, and will probably never smoke again. Only problem is that all of her girlfriends want the same gear now !

Someone please take my credit card away, lol! I haven't even received my eroll kit that I ordered Saturday and I was sucked back in by the cyber Monday sales, I got a spare charging case in white. I wanted a white starter kit but the place that was offering the best price only had the silver kit with a black case. I couldn't resist at $23.99 plus the 20% discount, so I got the case for about $19.
The black case from the kit will probably be my spare. I like the white because it matches my white iPhone. Yeah I'm becoming a girly-girl as I age

I am so sad now! I just paid a small fortune to Joyetech UK and another small fortune for international express shipping...

Where did you find that price?

I'm coming up on a year with my Erolls and thought I might take advantage of the sales to stock up. I might just get a new kit from RMV...

Mt Baker Vapor had the charger case (white was all they had in stock) for $23.99, and their Cyber Monday sale was 20% off of that. They don't really carry anything else for eroll as far as I could see, except for empty tanks (which are .69 a piece, so I got a five pack for $3.45 before the discount.)

I hope that you're pleasantly surprised! I just recently figured out I can drip with mine...:p

Yes, I am surprised at how awesome this eRoll is ... much better than my Blu kit ... I bought this for my mobile vape ... the eVic just gets too many weird looks, and is not very practical for carrying around in my pocket :2cool:

Fantastica
I really like the eRoll. I have had it for a week and a half. I was fully prepared to buy it at $69. My local B&M had it on sale for black friday for 40$ so I bought 2 kits. The B&M is fantastic they gave me the sale price before the sale.

It works very well. I use it mainly while I am at work. I vape during my 40 min lunch. I carry the 4 sticks with one PCC and 3 extra tanks. Great little kit. The PCC is a great idea. I bought a box of 5 new tanks to use when I need them.

My family members give me flack for getting an eRoll. Whatever! Sometimes you want to vape unnoticed and you don't want to explain anything. It has a place in my vaptopia.

The tracker is saying mine is here at the local post office, but I'm not getting excited yet. I have done lots of online Christmas shopping the past week and almost everything has been delayed or had the delivery date bumped back after being shipped, apparently the Christmas season has all the carriers swamped. Thats ok, I have my trusty 808's to hold me over!

Last night was the perfect example of why I need this eroll. I normally carry several fully charged 808's with me to work, but I had slacked off and only had a couple charged up when I left for work yesterday. So I tossed an extra battery and a wall charger in my bag. I plugged it in under my desk at work, we got busy and I never needed it. So last night I'm halfway home and realized I left it plugged in at work! I wasn't willing to take the chance, and stress all night that I might burn down the hospital, so of course I turned around and went back for it. Never would have happened if I had my eroll.

Its heeeeeeeeerre!

First impression pros & cons:

Pros:
1) Cuteness factor. Its so TINY next to my 78mm 808 with a clearomizer attached. The whole setup put together is barely longer than the 808 battery all by itself.

2) Easy to throw together right outta the box. Had it together and vaping within minutes.

3) Great TH. Lots of vapor too, but I really don't care about that, its all about TH for me.

4) And lastly, the obvious, the portability factor. Once I get my extra tanks (in route right now with the extra charger I ordered from MBV) I will be able to load up and get through the workday without toting 5 or 6 batteries and bottles of juice.

Cons:

1) I'm used to clearos, and I like the tiny tip on those, hate the feel of the fat, flat ended tank when I take a puff.

2) I use clear juice, and once assembled I cannot for the life of me see the juice, so I have no idea by looking if the tanks full, empty, or somewhere in between.

3) Have to use a needle tip on my juice to fill the tank. I was able to fill the first one straight from the juice bottle, but it was slow and difficult.

4) Along with the tiny cuteness factor comes the inevitable problem of teeny tiny tanks. But I guess once I have my extras to keep filled up that wont be such a problem.

The only other problem starting out is not really a con, because it was my fault for not reading all the instructions. I have never used an atomizer, so when I popped it all together and took that first puff, I almost gagged from the burnt rubber/metal taste, lol. It went away after 3 or 4 more puffs, but I later finished reading and learned I should have moistened the atomizer tip with juice before the first use.

All in all, I like it, I like it a lot! The cons I listed were not real surprises, since I had done so much research beforehand. I think if I could change one thing it would be the awful fat/flat tip, I really miss the clearo tips.

And can anyone tell me (because its so hard to understand how the tank is designed due to the opaqueness factor) can I fill it using the needletip from the inhaling end? Seems that would save wear and tear of pulling the tank off to refill all the time.

Yayyy!!!! :toast:

If you practice, getting the juice in with a normal bottle works great. It takes a bit longer but I like it better. I didn't like having to put juice in the needle-nosed bottle, then when I wanted to switch flavors (I do this often) I would have to deal with the left-over juice in the bottle. If I had 8-10 needle-nosed bottles that's fine but I only have one and it was a serious pain.

I got to where I could apply constant pressure to the regular bottle and almost "pour" the juice in. YMMV on the technique though. This does not work with bottles over 15 mL though--the dripper makes too big of a drop.

:danger: DO NOT FILL FROM THE INHALING END :danger:
