Hey guys! eRoll in hand! Very impressed with the size and weight. Now, it's not as tiny as my Nano but very cozy to hold and use. Fast question: The atty has a rubber circle thingy on the bottom. Does that stay on or should I pry it off?

That little rubber piece prevents the liquid from getting into the batt, if you ever have an atty missing rubber or with damaged rubber do not use it =)

Actually you absorb most of the nicotine in your mouth and studies have shown that you are exhaling only a very small amount, almost zero. I don't know if the study shows how much you are actually getting into your system but it is going somewhere other then out into the air when you exhale.
The best explanation I have for the contradiction is that a fair amount of nicotine is destroyed during vaporization.

See this thread for more information...
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...312547-nicotine-absorption-contradiction.html

Of that whole thread, the posts by Rolygate are the ones to pay attention to.

Thanks Volume. Liking so far... not getting massive amounts of vapor, yet, but enough. Nice TH and the flavor is about 80% there, which is nice and way better then the 510-T. Feels great and looks super sexy :)
ps. currently using 18mg Halo instead of 24mg to test TH on lower nic.

I do think the flavor is a tad muted on the Eroll, not enough for me to say it ruins it or anything, but i can definitely get more flavor from a top coil clearo. Though i would say its comparable to my bottom coil stardusts. I get great vapor from my wordup juices, but the vapor from other 80/20s ive tried wasnt very thick. Any undiluted mix or pure vg base should be throwing clouds though =)

Yep. The flavor is there well enough and 'so far' I taste flavor and not hot plastic like the 510-T lol I just won't jump the gun and say I LOVE YOU EROLL lol cuz I've been burned too many times as I use a kit more and more. So far so great though!

Yeah im sure youll discover there is a few minor annoyances. For me they are

limited tank capacity
condensation buildup in cart can be difficult to get out without a rinse
air bubbles can get caught on the tip of the atomizer spike, preventing flow, and giving you a dry nasty hit

None of them annoy me enough to want another device though, and i prefer the eroll to my kr808 by far. Its just more convenient, enjoyable, and reliable. I do not carry any sort of backup device, which will really suck if the PCC breaks, so far so good. If it did break, id probably just order another, and run out and grab an njoy king to last me until i got home to my kr808s

They might work, they look thin. I know the ecblend bottle tips work if youre careful. Some of my juices that are just a touch thinner seems to drip fill just fine if i hit the side of the fill hole, but other liquids just blob up and spill over
Don't try to drip into the hole, just manually place the drops on the side of the hole.
I can guarantee 100% success with this method using any juice, and any bottle, regardless of the size of the drops it makes.

So last night I decided to try to drip directly into the hole with my 50/50 juice and OMG, it worked like a charm! As long as I kept the tip at the edge of the hole, it filled right up. I was so shocked! My apologies to the member who suggested this for not trusting him/her and giving it a try sooner.
Ummm, yeah, that was me.
How could you possibly not trust ME?

My annoyances (if anybody cares, lol)

-Occasional dry hit for reasons mentioned above.
-Not just condensation, but juice ends up in the air passages and top chamber, probably from draining from the coil cup when inverted. Conundrum: store rightside up to reduce juice in tip, or upside down to prevent flooding.
-I would prefer a PCC 10mm wider to accommodate storage of two carts to swap. It would still be plenty small.
-Lack of any tactile cues for orientation so I have to look at it to see which side to open which way. My phone has buttons on the side and a camera lens on the back and I can tell by touch which way I'm holding it in my pocket w/o looking.
-I'm OK with the "not-a-cig" blue light on the black and silver ones but the white ones should have used red.
-No matter what's been said here about dripping into the tank, some juices on some days simply refuse to cooperate for me, so a needle bottle is required, but almost all juice vendors use drip tops. I used to just carry a 30 ml plastic juice bottle in my pocket and never had a single issue ever in two years, but now I have to either reuse the one 10ml dekang bottle I found with a needle tip and a screw on cap, a flimsy plastic or pointy metal substitute tip with a ready-to-lose tiny silicon cap, or the ucan which imho has a poorly engineered contact surface at the thread gasket and always leaks just enough to make my hand and pocket feel oily.
-The little button to pop it up from the PCC could lift it higher.
-It takes two hands to get it out and use it. I could flip open my CIG box, thumb up a smoke and grab it with my lips, and of course most mods can come out of your pocket and into your mouth and get activated with one hand.

All that said, everything else I own is now collecting dust. The eRoll is all I've carried or used since the day i got it and it hasn't failed me yet.

Knock on wood.

I can't stress this enough... don't try to drip INTO it, just manually place the drop on the side of the hole.
I have had no problems with any juices, no matter how thick, and no matter what drop size.

Just place the drop manually on the side of the hole and let it get sucked down by whatever physics are involved.
It will pull the drop right out of your bottle.

My really thick juices just sit there laughing at me. :p

Well, I'm sorry to hear that.
:(

I don't have any REALLY thick juices, so I guess I should qualify my responses.
In fact, I prefer 70/30 most of the time, but I have used 50/50 with no problems, and even 30/70 on occasion.

what's the draw???????

I think it has a somewhat 'harder' draw. I prefer a 'lighter' draw... (Most 808 systems such as GO-go Fury, Elite 808, & SI VOLT & the NJoy KING to name a few... and 510 systems, such as the eGO systems, what have you).... I like it, but compared to my FURY there's no shot at it becoming my 'go to' system. :smokie:

Let's put it this way, if I had 'nothing' to compare the emini/eRoll to.... I'd absolutely love it ;)

I think it has to do with surface tension, both on the tip and inside the hole. First drop will roll in as you describe, but gets stuck in the hole and doesn't fall down. Road block for all subsequent drops.

Hate a blue light on white or even black but what bugs me is you cannot see the light as you vape. Well, unless you look in a mirror. Also, seems hard to get flavor A out of an atty when wanting to try flavor B without doing the whole cleaning thing. Just some initial thoughts. ps. Do we really need to add a drop or 2 right on the atty? One extra step grr and seems like it would muck em faster. I know it makes for a good vapor though. Thoughts?

I can live without seeing the light. I know if its not firing. Lately I only do tobacco flavors and the swap over seems to be done after just a few drags. Bakery or fruits may linger or clash more, dunno. I only prime a new atty, and then just the wick. Never primed the coil and not with every tank.

air bubbles can get caught on the tip of the atomizer spike, preventing flow, and giving you a dry nasty hit

As someone mentioned previously, I occasionally flick the cart with my finger (like a nurse flicks a needle) and no more air bubbles or nasty dry hits. I used to prime the atomizer with each fill-up but now I prime new attys only.
