Yea, 40mg is on the high side, but I don't think the eRoll is as efficient at delivering nic as other setups. I couldn't drip that juice in my rebuildables 24mg is too much for me in them. The 40 is enough to get the quick dose I'm after and the eRoll design tones it down enough that I can vape it. It's 24mg Torque with 100mg PG nic base added to get the 40mg. The Torque reminds me of an analog and the 100mg base is used so I dilute the flavor as little as possible.

Apologies- I don't have the stamina to read 75 threads of dialogue, so these are probably covered previously. That said:

I'm a veteran vapor these days, and currently use an eCaB as my primary, and an eRoll for social events. I recently switched out my eRoll battery from a black one to a silver batt/atty cone. Upon doing so, and using new attys and tanks, noticed I have minor leaking around the battery-cone attachment site. Does anyone else get this? I didn't notice it with my 2 black bats- but then again, they're black ;-)

Secondly, I don't want to be the guy refilling his tank in public with some needle/bottle contraption as it's kind of weird activity to do publicly, so carrying a pre-filled tank with the provided rubber cap seems an alternative, but I think it will most likely leak in my pocket. Anyone tried this?

I wouldn't loosely carry tanks in my pocket... Just takes one time to get a nic OD from an unexpected leak. Carry spare tanks in another pocketable vessel... Like a Tic-Tac or Altoids mini tin container. That's 5 tanks in your pocket right there. Mark those containers poison/danger/nic juice or something as well.

EDIT: Never forget that Nicotine is poisonous. I shudder to think of the consequences if my dog or my cats decided to chew on a lost cart from my pocket. No kids yet but FAR worse in this scenario.

Be safe, responsible, and smart.

Put on a new tank and see if the leaking continues.

It is flush yet still cant get that cone piece in. I gave up and bought a new kit last night.

I also destroyed a battery with my screwdriver because I thought maybe there was a piece stuck inside it, but nope was jusy some metal contact inside the batt that i poked out and broke.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!

The edge of the atty cover might been bended if you prised the spike out with a screwdriver.(I did so when yet realized to use pliers) If so maybe you can carefully squeeze it back with the pliers when the spike is in, or maybe file it to be smooth.

If you are concerned about leaking you could put a single cartridge in most of the pill cases sold for nitroglycerin pills. I've seen them in keychain, fob and necklace styles.

Not sure if it is common knowledge, but found the tanks are easy to take apart and clean:

tank1.jpg

Once you get the top draw hole off (it isn't glued or anything), you can just blow out the center disc.

Clean with warm water and dry. Viola, brand new tank.

I never mess with unclipping the refill hole as I would guess through wear the seal will start to give. I just drip in on the edge as discovered by another member (forgot the member name, sorry!)

I haven't had this happen with the eRoll, but with another system that used similar tanks and attys, I used to pry the cap off the bottom to refill or clean and with one tank that had been refilled a bunch of times, I went to pull the tank out of the PV and the bottom broke completely off. It stayed stuck on the spike on the atty, so of course the remaining juice poured out.

Just wanted to give a heads up that this can happen if you weaken the bottom too much by opening it often for cleaning or refilling. That's one of the reasons I use a UCan or needle tipped bottle for refilling instead of prying the cap open repeatedly.

I did break one of the fill cap on a cart removing it, i find you have to very very very carefuly lift one side, then lift the other to get it free.

Ok, this thread has finally convinced me. I'm putting in an order today for an eroll, an extra cone, and some extra attys. Now comes the hard part of deciding on a color and finding the best price. :)

And it only took sixteen hundred posts to do it!! You're one stubborn bugger, aren't ya? :p

Congrats, and I hope you like it as much as I do.

Stubborn and a little cheap, haha. But I broke an ego twist and a vision spinner in the same week, so I decided I finally needed something new. I went with the white so it would match my iPhone, haha. It already shipped and I'm so excited to try it!

I went with white, too. How did you break your twist and spinner? I've been using twists for seven months and I only ever broke one. I dropped it and the button got messed up. It was stuck half in and half out. I tried to fix it, but no luck.

Why do people have any reason to pull them apart?

I drip into my tanks by placing the drops on the side of the hole.
And I clean them by rinsing them out, which I hardly ever bother to do.

You can get pretty much every drop of juice (or water if you clean them) out of them by simply shaking them like a thermometer.
I put the hole facing down on a folded square of toilet paper and just shake it, and voila, completely dry.

You people are making it harder than it needs to be.

That's exactly what I did. I have dropped them both many times with no incident (I tend to drop everything). But one day I dropped my twist and the button got stuck and wouldn't fire at all. Tried to fix it and the button came off of the circuit board totally. Then the next day, dropped the spinner and it broke in the same way. That one worked for the next day if I pushed the button just so, but then stopped responding totally. I don't blame the batteries, as I dropped them both many times. They must have just hit the ground in a certain way that made them break. Definitely a couple rough days haha.

Now let's hope I can keep the eRoll in my hands haha.
