anyone caught not selling the joyetech for the pricefixed retail price will be added to this list as well so take it with a grain of salt.

give you an idea the first site on the list has ego batteries, and they say "ego joye 510" but no where do they say it is a genuine joyetech product and it does not have the joyetech logo. just takes one word or any missed implication to receive the wrath of the joye! lol

Funny, I saw a posting last night on another forum that Joyetech is the fake and their taking advantage of designs by the actual owners of the design like Ovale by manufacturing them but making a clone of it and releasing their clone before shipping the items to their real customer.

Take it with a grain of salt. Oh yea that right they can't put anything on the internet that's not true LOL.

On ovales website it states they are partnered with joyetech for production purposes, ovale owns the IP, and the creative rights, they contract for joytech to make their stuff with the agreement that after a certain amount of time joyetech is allowed to make their own branded version.
