After one month of very moderate use the o-rings are falling apart. And no spare parts provided.
Luckily I had a no-name o-ring to replace it.

eGo ONE is off my purchase list.

Email joyetech and ask the size then go to the o-ring store and you'll probably get 100 of them for a few bucks..

O-Rings - The O-Ring Store, We make getting O-Rings easy!

Folks, you are missing the point.
"The one device for everyone" should not require an email to the company to get the ring size, purchase form the US store and waiting for the mail to arrive in Canada. And do what in the meantime? Smoke?
Actually replacement of wear'n'tear parts shouldn't require any efforts at all. Either provide as part of the package or as an option .
Keep in mind that not all former smokers are new vaper hobbyists.

I'm sorry friend maintenance is part of vaping. And if replacing a 2 cent o ring is an issue because you possibly have to make a phone call not sure what to tell you.
Authentic o ring really lol its an o ring come on man. If you wanna pay extra to kanger rather then get 100 for a buck your call. Kanger loves customers like you.

Yup! Not only that but the entire setup is a whopping $60 ish bucks. I mean c'mon man what do you expect for $60? If I have to buy an o-ring after a month I won't even bat an eye nevermind 'write it off'..

I've purchased many high end PV's in my time and some $300 PV didn't come with spare parts and some $150 RBA's didn't come with spare parts. The fact that a $60 eGo didn't does not surprise me one bit..

To the OP, if you don't want to order from the oring store then just pop into any local hardware store and pick up an oring..

"...And if replacing a 2 cent o ring is an issue because you possibly have to make a phone call..." The barest thing that a company can do is to provide the customer with a .02 cent oring with the product when purchased. This way you will have a spare and can continue using the product when the original goes out and you can go out and purchase a replacement without having to go to a competitor.

I guess we just expect different things for $60.

Maybe Joyetech should only include one drip tip and throw in a spare oring instead of the 2nd included one. Maybe they should only include one atomizer and in it's place throw in that .02 oring?

Writing off a device because an oring failed after a month is a bit odd in my opinion but to each their own...

The dern Chevy dealers! I bought a $40K car just this year. The oil filter needs replaced already. I'm all kinda upset because they didn't include a spare oil filter. What happens, now when I need tires?? And windshield wipers?? And lightbulbs?? Oh, the humanity!!!!

*see what I did there?

Hell, save yourself the Email or phone call.. Although I don't see the issue, you don't seem to have trouble typing out a complaint to US. Go spend between $5-$100 at the Hardware or autoparts or plumbing or electrical store and buy an assortment pack of orings.. Get a ruler out and MEASURE the rings you have.. Order a few 5 packs from Fastech, bracketing your measurements.. $10 investment, will get you all the spares you need and a few that might fit a future device.
