Hey that is interesting.
They're in Canada too it sems like.
I wonder how they grade the strength of their nicotine. All of the juice/cartridges have a really low nicotine content. I wonder if they're grading strength on something less than one ml... That's how everyone else does it, right? They're out of Canada it looks like so might be a different scale because of that...

That has to be a different measurement system. Those numbers closely correspond to intake from cigarettes. The 1.6mg would be the amount found in a regular cigarette, with lesser amounts for "light" cigarettes, etc. We might assume the 1.6mg liquid is VERY STRONG, since even the 24mg Chinese liquid is half that strength when equated to cigarette strength.

It's also pricey compared to El Cheapo E-Cig liquid.

I continue to be dismayed that no government agency assures the purity and safety of this stuff. Is there a more vulnerable body organ than the lungs to contaminate should a product use unsafe ingredients? Who assures us safety and quality? We are coating the walls of our lungs with whatever is in the liquid/vapor. The only way I can know what I'm inhaling is to make it myself.

hey TB thanx for the good info. I was poking around thier website and I sent then an e-mail to see if they give dscounts for bulk orders, I also noticed that they sell an e-pipe but no spare parts for it so I asked if they will be carrying them soon. Finaly, I asked them about ingredients in thier juice. I'll post thier reply here when they reply to me.

I got a reply very quickly this is what they said.

"Hello Jason,

We do carry spare parts for every electronic cigarette, pipe and cigar model that we sell. Not everything is listed on our website yet, but its coming soon.
We offer quantity discount when you order more then 5 cartridge packs. When you select 5+ cartrige packs on our website, the price will be automaticaly adjusted as shown below.

Quantity 5+ 10+ 25+
Price $8.95 $7.95 $6.95

If you are interested in 100+ packs, please let me know and I can work out a deal for you.

The manufacture that we deal with has all the safety and quality certificates from Chinese and European labs. We are also working on our own juice formula that will be mixed and certified in Canada and Usa."

that is the end of the e-mail answer. Does anyone have any idea of how they will get thier juice "certified" in the usa, I thought that the fda and the like had taken a hands off approch w/ e-smokin

Leoford, in your experience,, are most penstyle atomizers interchangeable? Or do they tend to be brand-specific and not work in other bands? The cartridge prices from E-Puffer seem realy innexpensive- $7 for 25 Carts? SmartFixx is charging $50 for 25 carts and $100 for 50- if the E-Puffer carts could fit the Smartfixx pen, or the NJoy,, wow, that'd almost be worth it buying a bunch of them and just dispose of them when done- provided they last for abotu the = of a pack or so- at any rate- mioght be able to yank to 'wool' out of them and place it in the NJoy or SmartFixx carts- by my calculations, 100 carts from epuffer will go for roughly $30 whereas 100 carts from SmartFixx would be $200- heck, if the Epuffer carts fit the Smartfixx, I could by 300 carts for under $100 which would give me about 3 carts per day for one month for only $90- I currently spend $240 a month on regular cigarettes- even if the Epuffer carts only last the = 1/3 pack, 3 carts per day for a month woudl =-roughly 1 pack a day of regular ciggs for $90 for the month- cheap enough for my taste.

If you look at the single pictuer of hteir Carts- it looks like it might just be the same as SmartFixx Carts, with hte same Cart 'protector' coverign hte end of hte Cart to keep juice fro mdryign out

Does E-Puffer's website looked messed up to anyone else? The advertising is overlapping products and descriptions when I try to view their site- it would also be cool if they would offer a mixed Cart Sampler- maybe someoen hwo is corresponding with htem coudl mention this in next email to them

If their customer service is pretty good, and they replace failed parts without any hassles, and their product is pretty ok, I think they might have a winner on their hands

Naz -- Judging by the picture and box, the epuffer classic/penstyle is the exact same as the njoy and smartfixx, just rebranded.

look ... http://www.epuffer.com/eshop/index.php? ... oduct_id=1

carts look the exact same as well. even have the white cap covering the cartridge itself ...

give it a shot ... only wasting a few bucks if it doesn't work, and look at the bright side, you can always squeeze the juice out and use it if it doesn't fit

so epufer e-mailed me back about the certified comment and this is what they said

"Hi Jason,

I cannot provide this information at present time. The liquid that we use right now has been certified for safety by independent labs in China and UK.

Thanks,

Shawn"

not too excited anymore, thought that I was finaly going to find a supplier that could garentee thier product safe or at least garentee the quality of thier ingredients

Yeah- I just discovered my mistake too- so to refigure, at that rpice (but I'm sure their 100 Carton price woudl be even lower) that would be $70 for 50 cartridges as compared to SmartFixx's $100 for 50 which would be a little under 2 Cartreidges per day- buying two more 5 packs to make it an even 2 cartridges per day woudl brign the total rougly $85 for Epuffer Carts and $125 for SamrtFixx's prices.

If anyone gets one of hteir starter kits, please make a review of the vapor either written or video. I might give them a try, but it can't be for another month or two as I've pretty much exhausted my fextra $$ I had saved up- gonan take awhile to save a bitm ore for me.
