how often does everyone hit their vape, and how many Hits? Also, I got this juice it's like a sour skittles juice from a local shop by me. Do you think it contains diaceytl? Ky friend vapes desert and custard flavors and I told him there is the most diacetyl in those type of flavors and he said no it isn't it's in fruit and candy flavors

I toot a few hits pretty often, and then I don't for a while. Kinda like smoking. I wasn't a chain smoker so I'm not a chain vaper. As for diacetyl, from what I've read there's more in regular cigarettes than there is in e juice. I wouldn't worry about it. No juice maker/company would knowingly put something harmful in their flavors/juices.

Buying a vendor prepared juice, to me, says nothing as to whether it contains harmful ingredients. I would not believe a salesperson/maker in such a situation. Dealing with B&M sellers, competency of what they are selling is often a missing characteristic.

Even online, I take things with a grain of salt.

I DIY. I have a better ability to research and gauge the components of the ingredients of what I put into my juice.

As to hits...I take 3-5 and go back to what i am doing.

I usually hit my vape 2-4 times and then set it aside.

It could be in any of those flavors. Confused about diacetyl? You should be - vaping.com

You don't have the nic-fits like you had when smoking ciggys. It all depends on what I'm doing, sitting at the comp I vape quite a bit, beer and vape constantly. At work I have to go around the corner so no customers see me but I can vape as I please so I don't abuse the privilege by constantly vaping, it also helps to bring a nice smelling vape so the other employees don't mind and comment positive on the smells.
I'm a tootle puffer subohmer so I also don't inhale every vape or I'd get the jitters but I can subohm vape 15+mls a day of 12nic DIY juice, but how many hits a day I take or at a time...I couldn't tell you.
